A friend of mine went to BUY a salad for my sister and was REFUSED SERVICE AND TOLD TO LEAVE and was KICKED by an employee to get him out the door because they ASSUMED he was a homeless person. (he has a house but regardless, if a person has money to buy food, don’t judge them based on looks). Don’t get me started on the threats to call the cops yet another employee make to people picking up garbage off the ground to clean up the sidewalk. Note the manager was told and was apologetic. The employee needs to be FIRED and should be thankful the cops weren’t called on her for assault.

Staff did not listen to me on what I wanted for my order. Natalie was not friendly and missed a pizza on my order. Had to go back and order it. The salad was too small for the price and had a lot of cores in it. Kitchen was dirty as well as the tables and bar counter tops. This place needs a knowledgeable manager on duty that knows how to run a restaurant. Plus I ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff is stabbing it with the same stick as gluten pizzas. Told her I was allergic but again the staff didn’t listen. I would say something to them but it will go unheard. I won’t be able to eat my pizza. Waste of money here. My gluten pizza was burnt on edges and bottom and Hardley any toppings. My granddaughter pizza only had cheese in the middle. I got all the way home to find out I didn’t get the 3 ranch dressing I bought. My son said the chicken tasted funny on his chicken garlic pizza and that it was not cooked all the way. There was raw dough in the middle. My 5 yr old took one bite of her cheese pizza and refused to eat it. Not a good place to eat. This is the Dinuba Me n Eds. Came home and threw away 80.00 worth of pizza. I live too far away to go back.

The TouchTunes jukebox they have didn’t play the song I payed for since they have it muted which sucks since not a lot of places have the option to DJ while you eat. Also when I got my drink the ice machine got stuck and it seems like they just don’t care cause it happened to a lady that got a drink after me, they’re use to that being broken and don’t care. They were out of the first two drinks I chose I let them know it was slow but they didn’t care to change it out. The food tastes like any me n Ed’s it’s good. This location just sucks they gave me an uneven personal pizza it looked like they skimped me and just gave me the smallest pieces of a small pizza whack. Id rather go to a Visalia location this ones whack.

Update 1/24/26 come on guys it’s a sticker to help keep food safe but you have to firmly apply it not half ass put it on
Hey you know you guys are supposed to press the tamper resistant sticker all the way down on the box to prevent it from being opened by the dasher. This was the 3rd time I’ve received pizzas with sticker half assed pressed down and the box opens up freely.

I ordered 5 large pizzas. However the Large Pizza’s seemed to be more like stretched out medium size pizzas, they had bare minimum amount of toppings more like bread. The crust was extra thin and under cooked raw. The extra thick pepperoni was ordered with extra cheese and and was not provided. When brought to the attention of the crew manager at night, he was unprofessional sacarastically joking how he was able to see cheese on a pepperoni and said there it is, your extra cheese. I paid for the extra toppings and expected that. However I was served with this depressing meal. Crew manager was unprofessional and didn’t care to make things right. Combination was missing several toppings that a signature Pizza should come with according to their menu. I asked for the previous Manager and the crew manager said “A___y is long gone” and he didn’t care to redirect my complaint to someone higher. I am waiting for corporates response. This Dinuba location sadly does not offer any quality service or food. I don’t recommend this location to anybody. If you happen to have any Me-N-Ed cravings drive elsewhere. But for here on out I recommend Woodlakes Pizza Factory. They don’t lack toppings there and is way worth the drive. I had paid online and manager did not care to refund my money for there horrible Pizza. Hopefully nobody gets a food borne illness from this location one day.

Extremely disappointed with my recent order from Me-n-Ed’s. Horrible experience. Never recommending or going again! Never got my pizza. when I called, they basically said if I want my order to go pick it up myself. I’m currently handicapped. Their a reason why I got it for delivery! Other pizza places here in town go above and beyond. Rather go there than this place now!

They over charge me on the pizza. The special was 16.99 for one topping pizza and charge me the full price 20.99. Ask the lady about my free ranch that comes with the bones buffalo wings and she said it doesn’t come with. Normal I go to reedley to get my pizza but because I live in dinuba, I was trying to give it one last shot. It’s not the first time I get a bad pizza that is burnt or very small buffalo wings or my ranch spill over the paper bag..

Worst pizza we’ve had in years I ordered a large pepperoni and large combination. I got a cheese pizza ( barely any cheese) because they messed up my order sure they offered to either put pep on my pizza or make another one I said no because then my combination would have gotten cold. So I took the cheese. Which had hardly any cheese or sauce the combination was dry as well. Little caesars would have done a much better job. For the price we pay the pizza should be better
