I ordered two pizzas today — one pepperoni and one half-and-half — and both had burnt bases. The entire crust on both was blackened and inedible. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for proper food, not something that tastes like charcoal.

Four out of five because the pizza crust was quite doughy. Would have been a lot better either cooked longer or having used less dough. Kudos for having artichoke hearts though!
However, the two people who took and filled our order were fantastic! Brandon and Tarah were especially helpful and super pleasant.

Been to so many other me and eds and they don’t cook it correctly or it’s off with ingredients and the way it’s supposed to be but this location is on point with the way it’s supposed to be
The atmosphere needs to be updated a little bit but that’s and bathrooms need some TLC but that’s the least of my worries as long as you keep the zaaa coming out to excellence

Went here again after such a fantastic experience with the quality of the pizza being cooked to excellent quality……what happened this time it was so undercooked this is the problem with eating out it’s always a gamble one day the restaurant is on point and the next day the quality is terrible

I’ve come here 3 times. Once for dine in and twice for takeout. The food has never been the issue at all. It’s more the staff, it’s funny because both times I’ve gotten the same person now. Last time and this time when picking up my food I was shown a screen for tipping, if I dine in I usually always tip but not when picking up. Sometimes when it’s a $1 or 2 on the automated options I’ll tip but the options are 15% to start and 15% just to pick up is hilarious. This is the only meneds I’ve been to with a screen for tipping, usually it’s a small device that gives you the option to tip and then lets you put in the number if you want to. When picking up from meneds I’ll give them a tip if they offer me plates cheese and peppers which they never seem to do. So what am I tipping for exactly? You’re not going above and beyond for me so I’m not going to tip.

This was the second time we have received bad service here. First time wasn’t as bad. We (13 of us!) got there at 5 on a Sunday. Placed our orders. Draught machine broken so no beer, salad bar with no lettuce and no utensils. Had to ask them to refill both. No Ken’s ranch for salad bar… had to ask and was told they keep their ranch hidden, have to ask for it. Had to ask for the drink cups, had to reask for the pizza ranch. Took 30 minutes to get the gluten free pizza we ordered. Nobody working there looked they wanted to be there. No apologize for all the missing items. We were there for about an hour and not once did anyone come out to clean the dirty tables. By that time there was at least 4-6 people behind the counter just milling around and chatting. We will never go back there!!!!
