Me n ed,s is a local favorite that I just could never get on board with. The pizza is okay, but just okay if you ask me. This location (Goshen) was really dirty. The tables, napkin dispen, floor, and of course the bathrooms were in bad shape. When you turn the bathroom sink on the water pressure splashes back at you making it look like you didn’t make it to the bathroom in time. Oh, and the signature beer tast like the tap runoff. But the pizza is okay, so 2 stars.

Their online wait time need to be better a s update. I places an order online wait for the 30 minutes it starts, drove the 10 minutes to the location and they were done. Not to mention as I writing this out at 7:15 pm, they now started on my order over an hour after I placed my order. Days like today remind me why we come here once or twice a year.

Ranch made daily??? Yeah right! Order food. Pick it up. I buy ranch while I’m there and make my trek home…. take the ranch out of the bag and MOLD!!!!! Then they offer to put 2 ranches under my name to be picked up at a later date. Cool whatever. Ask me to send pictures. I do. Then manager V proceeds to tell me “oh it just looks like the seasoning isn’t mixed in.” Seasoning isn’t fuzzy!!!!! 10/10 will not go here again!

The worst place to order pizza is here. I ordered at 10 am and it was supposed to be delivered at 11:30 am. It’s already 12:30 pm and the order hasn’t arrived. We only have 1 hour for lunch. I called to check on my order at 12 pm and they said it was on its way. Then I called at 12:30 pm and the manager Nathan answered very rudely, telling me that he was doing what he could because he had a lot of deliveries, but I placed my order at 10 am and they said the delivery would be at 11:30 am.

Okay I understand there was a game tonight but if you can’t serve your customers adequately then don’t take their orders plain and simple. Ordered a personal 3 topping pizza at 5:55 tonight, didn’t leave with my pizza till 7:15. I was told a 30 minute wait. When I got there I was told a 5 minute wait. That 5 minute wait while my pizza finished in the oven turned into 45 minutes of me waiting, asking for a refund, being denied a refund, waiting another 15 minutes, and finally getting my undercooked soggy personal pizza. Horrible service. Horrible pizza. Horrible experience. For the pizza place closest to me; I think I’ll drive the extra few miles and not be treated like I’m begging when I’ve already paid for my food and been told to wait 10 minutes – 5 times!

I came with a group of about 10 others after a softball game. The overall experience wasn’t bad. We ordered about four pizzas and four pitchers plus some cheesy bread. We had a good time drinking and eating, only wish they had a booth more accommodating to a party that size. We had to put tables together and pull chairs. The pizzas were pretty good, and they give you frosted glasses for the pitchers, which was a big plus.
