Mistake #1 I ordered a beer card and the gave me a staff card. Mistake #2 I ordered small combo and a large 3 topping. Double pepperoni and red onion. When the pizza came it was pepperoni, bell pepper and red onion. NOT what I ordered. My husband went up before we touched it and said that it wasn’t what we ordered. They said it’s what’s on your receipt. The girl who took my order walked by and I let her know that it was not what we ordered. She said well you’ve already eaten some of it. I explained I ordered a combo and the large was for my husband as he always gets a double pepperoni and red onion. She was like well that’s what you ordered. I reminded her she took my order and that was NOT what I ordered. So disappointed in the service and attitude of these workers. We always come here and I told her I was going to review this on Google and she said ok go ahead. What can you do to improve is 1st off believe when the customer orders something make it right. Server was Araceli G was who took our order, and the person who looked like she was in charge wasn’t a supervisor or manager, but really wasn’t there to help on this mistake. Looks like more training is needed.

We went earlier to accommodate some older friends and we were definitely disappointed in the salad bar..lettuce had some brown, tomatoes (approximately 5 slices in entire container) were mushy and choices were very limited with other ingredients. We also ordered pizza and hot wings which were satisfactory. Restaurant was clean and well staffed with friendly employees. We normally use Me & Ed’s for delivery and have never had a problem with it being late, cold or incorrect so will continue to use for delivery but probably not for dining in.

Valentines Day 2026. Called and placed an order for 2 large 3 topping pizzas and a small cheese. The vegetable pizza was supposed to have a white sauce. Yes, there was a crowd and a bit of a wait but when the wife got home with the order we found that we had 2 heart shaped pizzas and the vegetable had red sauce. “Busy” is not an excuse for screwing up an order. Looking at your other review responses, if all you can say is “give us another chance” without offering a reasonable comp for your mistakes, I’m not sure if I want to. This wasn’t the first time we

Cold pizza and terrible service. Ordered my pizza and salad at 4:39 p.m. Arrived and paid by 5:14 p.m. And waited. For over 40 minutes! I had to get back in a long line to inquire. Turns out the small pizza that had been sitting on top of the ovens since before I got there was my order. It was cold and my salad wasn’t even ready. I’m absolutely pissed. It was 6:01 before I was finally able to leave with my cold pizza in hand. Why would no one give me my food when I when I paid if it was ready? I wish I could give negative stars. I could be understanding if the place was busy and behind but having my order ready when I paid and being forced to wait for what? Cold pizza.

10 out of 10. It was my first time here at this location. Pizza tasted great. Lots of big screen TVs playing sports, a good variety of music videos. 1 arcade cabinet with Mrs. Pac-Man and Galaga. 3 claw games, one with small bouncy balls, plushies and candy. My family and I had a pleasant experience.

This is a very cozy location and they have a ton of of beers on tap
They have plenty of lounging and screens up to watch your sporting events.
I have also seen other screens with music playing in the background with music videos.
And the staff is friendly and make sure you always call ahead and order to check if it’s busy or if you want to place an order

Ordered a couple of large pizzas. Little to no sauce. Even the pizza with extra cheese seemed dry. Not a fan and wouldn’t return.
My son said when you hold a pizza near the outer crust the tip should never stick upwards.
I don’t like to give 2 star reviews but it is what it is. The only thing keeping it fro one star is the pizza was done on time and the server was friendly.
