Happen to be out and found this spot based on ratings and reviews. Food was editable and that was it. Ordered $45 worth and one dinner was the seafood platter. The crab cake was not good at all 1/10 the whiting was the worst I ever had. Small pieces and dry as ever with no flavor. The Mac and cheese is a 3/10 they tried. The potato salad was so salty had to toss in the trash. Def posting real pics va the ones I saw online because this is not good food. The best item was the fries with the wing dinner. The food taste old and reheated. I kept hearing the microwave cut on and off I now know why. The young lady in the front was very helpful and pleasant. Had I not lived 40 min away it would have been returned.

Stopped by for a quick bite. The place was clean, and decor was cool. The service was great with minimal wait. The food was hot and fresh. I had fish and fries. They give good portions and prices are reasonable. I liked the food but I didn’t care much for the fries. Don’t get me wrong, they were hot and fresh, but not my preference. I will definitely visit this place again and recommend it to others. My husband enjoyed his food as well. He had the seafood platter.

My husband and I had croaker dinners. The food was delicious. We dined in. The croaker were large and cooked perfectly. The sides ( macaroni and cheese, cabbage, collard greens and mashed potatoes) were very good. The cornbread was very good too.

I’m so glad this place is in Southern Maryland. Service is excellent and the food is so good. The fried chicken is the star of the show! I also had the seafood platter which was good. Husband said the smothered turkey wings were good and we loved the sides. I had the cherry and Mango ice and omg it was so good! Just pull up and support this black owned business!

Do not come to this restaurant if you see Jackie at the front I will include pictures. I came in and spent 70 dollars for two seafood platter and a carrot cake and received the smallest piece of fish I’ve ever seen. Thankfully I was around the corner and was able to head back to the restaurant where I was treated with straight up disrespect. I will Include pictures. Jackie after seeing the fish made excuses and then became defensive. Also when they advertise as two pieces of fish it’s actually one piece of fish cut in half which Jackie told me out her own mouth. The owner bless his heart came to the front a told Jackie to stop arguing with customers which tells me she does this regularly. He then told the staff to stop giving customers on piece of fish cut in half. I really wanted to celebrate this black owned business but I won’t come back. Check your food before you leave

I normally come here all the time, but the customer service lately has really declined. I visited on Saturday, and the young man with locs and a black durag was behind the counter. When I walked in, he was on the phone taking a long order. I understand wanting to make sure that order was correct, but he didn’t acknowledge me at all—not even a quick “I’ll be right with you.”
I ended up standing there for about 10 minutes while he continued helping others he already had on the side. I was honestly about to leave before he finally asked what I ordered.
The customer service definitely needs improvement.

Please season the food
My kids can cook cabbage
And I get all this stuff at these restaurants is frozen, but season it with something other than garlic salt
You can doctor up jiffy cornbread
This wasn’t even that
And it’s no way anyone is tasting the food especially not from today
All of the this all $41 worth of food is terrible
I trashed it all and made a pan of fried white potatoes for dinner smh
Do better with my money I’m tired of having to drive 30 min away for decent food

I enjoy myself every time me and my family comes to eat M&D it’s family atmosphere and they make you feel wanted. Food is extremely tasty and delicious. I love turkey wings dinner and cat fish dinner.

First impression: the food looks good
Taste: like bland hospital food.
We got different meals for the family. Mine personally was supposed to be pork chops with gravy. We didn’t get gravy. Everything needs seasoning. EVERYTHING
The potato salad was mushy with no flavor as well.
