I stopped in here this evening to try it out. I met two of the friendliest people who helped me choose a delicious meal and I will definitely be returning. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. The tri-tip is phenomenal and not like anything else you’ve had. The chicken sliders are also delicious and fresh. I also had a pulled pork bowl which is a somewhat unique offering but probably my new favorite. They have 3 different sauces and all three are fantastic. They have something on the menu for everyone and I look forward to returning to try the ribs.

Hands down one of the best home style BBQ spots I’ve been to in my life ! I came all the way from Canada and found this hidden not so hidden gem. Debbie and her husband were so hospitable and caring. It made us feel as we’re at home. The service, menu, and most importantly food were incredible! He sells out first thing in the morning so I recommend calling ahead and placing your order. When I tell you there is nothing bad on the menu you can’t go wrong on what you order! The corn muffins were so moist. Ribs tangy and tender. Mac and cheese was so creamy. And you can’t beat the price! Thankyou again for your service and amazing food certainly a 20/10

I reluctantly stopped by the gas station for some quick, fried food and noticed a BBQ food truck tucked away behind the store. Most of the time, these places are hit and miss but the owner was out front at the smoker and his warm smile welcomed me in before I could make a wrong decision. This place is absolutely worth finding! The home-made sauce is not overpowering with too much spice and there’s no question that its conservatively applied so that the true flavors come out of the meat. Take advantage of this hidden gem while you can because if it were better advertised, the wait for excellence would be extremely long!

My friends and I stopped here on our way to Mt. Hood and all got the pulled pork (3 sandwiches, one mac bowl). The pork was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the BBQ sauce was great. The owner was very friendly and took his craft seriously. We look forward to coming back.

Was going to stop for a smash burger across from here, but decided to try some BBQ. Man I wish I would have gotten a burger instead. We got the BBQ pork and Mac and cheese bowl. Gross! Microwave Mac and cheese, frozen microwaved flavorless pork clearly not bbq’ed. The sauce you had to add yourself was the only reason I ate any of it. Seriously disappointed and will not be returning. Positive attitude is great; but your “food” is terrible. Shame on you for serving us that. The food industry is not for you.

Stopped on a whim because we were in the mood for BBQ and it was open. Best decision ever. Good smoke flavor–as it should be since the owner is using an Oklahoma Joe’s Smoker. The meats are moist as well as flavorful. We picked the milder sauce and that was perfect. We’ve had the pulled pork as well as the tri-tip in bowls and a sample of the wings. All the meats were good. The portions were generous for a reasonable price. For the bowls, you can pick the healthier option with rice, beans and other good stuff or the comfort version with mac and cheese. This is not “gourmet” mac and cheese. This is the good southern ‘there is no such thing as too cheesy’ version. And now, I need to drive down and get some…

Stopped by this food truck on a whim today. The owners were so personable and kind. They gave us a rundown of the different food they offer, and after some tough decisions we went with the tri tip sandwich and pulled pork mac bowl.
The pulled pork was super tender and so good with their homemade sauce. My husband’s tri tip sandwich was awesome. We both lived in Santa Maria so we can be a bit snobby with tri tip. Instead of trying to do the same thing as every other restaurant, they do their own take on the meat. It was saucy and delicious. Not traditional, which is what we loved! And the fries were so good! I don’t know what the seasoning was, but it was perfect.
Will definitely be back.
