I was staying at an Airbnb nearby for the Penn State game this weekend. We were heading back from the game after a long day with 2 tired kiddos and we had the idea to order from the OIP but saw they closed at 8 and at 7:30 we were still 50 minutes out.
I called and told them the situation and asked to pay by card and if they could leave it out back of my Airbnb. Instead, they did me one better and they stayed late and kept the food hot for when we got there. This was such a great gesture and way to end our day. And the best part was the food was great! I am from Long Island and New Jersey so I can be critical on Italian food but everything we ordered (pizza, wings, chicken parm hero) were all great. It really hit the spot after a long day.

The subs are delicious. The bread they were made in was so soft and not chewy. Wings were big. Very clean place, and great service. Definitely will be going back.

If you travel or live close please enjoy the flavors, you eat a slice of pizza here and still taste it (and it’s good) an hour later. It was the same when I had house salad. This has to be the best restaurant that I know of.

Ordered on toast app. Says food will be ready in 30 minutes. Show up in 30 minutes. Told we have to wait 15 minutes. End up waiting 30 minutes or more. This has happened on more than one occasion. I would understand if it happened once. I could understand if they were busy. But multiply times and only once were they busy is not excusable. If your app can’t give you an accurate time, maybe don’t use that app, have customers just call and order. I will just order my food from Joes OIP and drive to town and back, I will get it faster.

We worked all day and then went to enjoy our grandsons football game. Neither one of us felt like cooking, so a quick call to the OIP and supper would be ready in a few minutes. Everyone was wonderful, very pleasant and we enjoyed the conversation. We left with our food and enjoyed it at home. We eat in and get takeout, either way, you can’t go wrong with MCVEYTOWN OIP !
