My husband and I enjoyed an incredible lunch at McGregor’s Butcher Shoppe and Deli. I had the steak sandwich which had great flavor. My husband loved the pastrami sandwich. He said the pastrami just melts in your mouth. We highly recommend them.

My better half and I recently enjoyed a great breakfast at Mcgregor’s Butcher Shoppe and Deli. The bacon was flavorful, they use fresh eggs, have half a dozen cheeses to chose from, and the bread flavorful. We even purchased an extra breakfast sandwich to go.

McGregor’s Butcher Shoppe Deli was outstanding. The team was professional and welcoming—they even recognized me right away, which was a great surprise since it was my first visit. I picked up their breakfast sausage and stuffed jalapeños to cook at home, and both turned out amazing. The sausage was juicy, fresh, and full of flavor, and the jalapeños were perfectly balanced. I can’t wait to come back and try some of the items they prepare in-house as well. Definitely a place worth returning to—I’ll be updating this review after my next visit!

I bought a pastrami breakfast sandwich from here while I was waiting in line for Slow Rise, and it honestly might have upstaged the donuts. The meat was incredible, the biscuit was fantastic and the whole thing blew away my expectations. Definitely coming back here again.

McGregor’s is my new go to breakfast place. It’s not a ‘traditional’ breakfast spot and feels more like a NYC deli which I love and Johnson county needs more of this. The farmers breakfast will bring me back for more of their homemade sausage gravy.

I consider myself a pastrami sandwich lover. So much so that I make it from scratch at home when I have the time. I often look for places that serve pastrami. When I saw McGregor’s I look to see if they had a pastrami sandwich and they did. Although it seemed pricey I had to try it.
OMG, it was worth every penny. By far the best pastrami sandwich I’ve had since I moved to Missouri in 1990. Most places disappoint you when you see the actual sandwich compared to the picture. This was better than the picture. It was absolutely delicious. I order it with yellow mustard and pickle because a troop pastrami lover would never put anything else on such a sandwich. Although I would love to try the rest of their food, I think it’s going to be a while till I have my full of the pastrami. I am so impressed.

Came in for breakfast. The biscuit sandwich was so fresh and could eat 5 of them they are that good. Cinnamon rolls are homemade and would recommend to anyone! They also gave my 3yo son a cookie and were so friendly. Picked up some Italian sausage from the butcher to cook for dinner. One stop shop! 10/10!

Recently discovered this place. So far I’ve had their Reuben and their Chicago dog. Both insanely good. Trying their pastrami next. Great experience from the minute I walked in and was greeted, highly recommend.
