Amazing food. Amazing atmosphere. Amazing people. Live music Fridays and Saturdays. Thank you Murray and Patty, you’ve built something amazing I hope it’s around for a long time. They have a dining room and pub with great food choices in both. Sit and have a Guinness and enjoy yourself. If you have the time take the trail behind the pub to the lookout point, it’s breathtaking.

Great Irish music from CAC on St Patrick’s weekend. Classic 50 year old Irish pub with walls covered with Irish memorabilia, built over and around natural boulders and serving Guinness on tap with shamrock in the cream.

Fantastic Irish vibe and traditional food. Lots of beer and whiskey options. Cozy with very friendly staff.

Very rude male server on a quiet June afternoon made it clear he was not happy to wait on us, and that we were an impediment to his phone scrolling. Both of our orders came out wrong, and tasted terrible. I regret coming back here; 25 years ago this place served some of the best food in Vermont, and was a fun and comfortable place to be. Not anymore. Avoid this place and push on toward Woodstock or Manchester.

Old school pub, fast service, great food – chickenpot pie and stew were excellent! Very reasonable prices.

Very cozy and charming pub! We were driving through and stopped here due to the reviews. Bob was very attentive and friendly. My mom and I both ordered the shepherd’s pie and it was phenomenal! We already had other accommodations booked but based on our dining experience and the general vibe we would have stayed at the inn in a heartbeat.
