I was very impressed with the portion sizes, very generous. The brisket lived up to the reviews and chatter about this place. The Mac and cheese was so good, along with the potato salad. I will be back when I pass through town again.

If you are looking for BBQ with flavor and to take home this is a great choice. The man who runs it is friendly and a good pitmaster. The Mac and Cheese was excellent! The Peach Cobbler had good flavor and spices in it. The window attendant was helpful and checked on us when she could. We had several different meats and were all yummy. The loaded potatoes were not your typical “cut a Russet in half and throw stuff on type” it was done a little different. Would definitely get it again.

Definitely recommend the yams, ranch potatoes, collards, and Mac n cheese (I do t know what they do to that Mac but holy smokes, it’s amazing).
Outside eating only, take out is a must in the summer.

Stopped by here for a Sunday lunch. They do bbq and soul food on Sundays, and everything is amazing. If you’re nearby or just traveling through, this place does very good quality everything. We got 2/3 of their menu in some form and any complaints are just nitpicking the very delicious and high quality cooking here. Will definitely return when we’re back in Navasota!

When I say this is the BEST!!!!!!!!!! BBQ I’ve eating and I’ve been living in Texas for two years. I drove all the way from Kingwood an hour plus and I’m not disappointed about the drive at all. The customer service is amazing. As you’re sitting waiting for your food you smell the wonderful succulent aroma from the pit that makes you excited to get your food. The portion you get is INSANE for the price. Definitely will be making the drive often.
