Customer service is absolutely 10 stars and the food was great too! Since this was our first time here, Dan walked us through the menu and helped us with sauce recommendations. Super friendly without being overbearing and he was definitely authentic, he really enjoys what he does.
I ordered my wings sauced and the chicken tenders naked with sauce on the side. I liked the wings slightly better than the chicken tenders but Tommy, the owner, said saucing the tenders is the way to go, he was right! We tried the sauced tenders next courtesy of Tommy and now it’s a tougher decision between the two. Both excellent in their own right. All of the sauces were really good and flavorful. The fries were hot and crispy and the toast was nice and crispy as well.
The ambiance is very family friendly with icee machines and duck claw machines. They have some TVs and good music playing but you can still have a conversation over the music.
Great overall vibe. Would definitely recommend!

Absolute wonderful place to relax and eat. Everything is made fresh. Ate a few times in the time i was in town. The owner Tommy if I remember right is a super cool guy to chit chat with. Kind of a sports bar vibe but quiet enough to enjoy your meal and take your pick of a game to watch on the TV.

McDougal’s is amazing! Their chicken fingers are the best I’ve ever had—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The variety of sauce flavors is incredible, making it hard to pick just one favorite. I also love that they offer frozen Coke, which is such a fun and refreshing option. Highly recommend this spot for a delicious and satisfying meal!

Amazing tasting tenders here! My choice of sauce out of the many options was the smoky bbq. It did not disappoint! Each meal is freshly made to order. The atmosphere is very nice inside. Highly recommend dining here if you’ve never been.

This is a new location in Brentwood. Restaurant was clean and the line is short when they first open. As the lunch crowd arrives though, expect a longer line stretching to or out the door. You place your order at the counter and they bring it out to you. The staff was friendly and helpful which is why this got 4 stars instead of 3. The food however was okay to good. The chicken tenders are large and the food is filling. The sweet tea here is Gold Peak and the soda dispenser is one of the older styles with a small selection.

Hands down some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. Super crisp on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Seasoned perfectly and the house sauce goes perfectly with the chicken. The fries were perfect!

Used to go to the OG all the time and thought we’d give it a try. Wings are still good and service is still really friendly. Cool decorations and vibe. Fries were inedible but chicken melt was delicious. Gold sauce seems like it changed, but still great.

If you like greasy unseasoned fried chicken then this is the place for you! No self-respecting southerner should ever eat here I don’t even know if they had any salt in their fry batter that’s how bland these tenders were, the grease was so bad it went through the paper onto the tray and acted as almost gorilla glue when I tried toss it into the trash. Just all around bad fried chicken and I am very upset at myself for not going to Waldo’s.

Today was our 1st time trying this restaurant. I have to say this food, customer service from Tommy and Kristy was not short of AMAZING!!! The prices was affordable, food was AWESOME and the customer service was top tier!! We will definitely be back soon!!!!
