I ordered a large caramel Frappuccino and waited at the drive-thru window for 5 minutes. I saw the workers making my Frappuccino, but minutes later she came back with a hot coffee, saying they don’t have Frappuccinos because the machine is broken. I asked for a refund, and they asked me to wait another 10 minutes at the next window. Worst experience at a McDonald’s—would’ve given 0 stars if I could.

Not the first time I’ve experienced a problem here. Wait it nearly 10 minutes for my order that I ordered a head online. I was monitoring the board my order said it was ready and then I continue to wait a few more minutes for someone from the counter asked me about my order. But before they asked me there was a gentleman who actually came in after me that they helped first and they gave him my order because I saw my name and the number on the bag, thinking someone would catch it even the guy looking at it second-guess it and then said oh this must be it. Then they gave me his order which luckily was a duplicate except I asked for light salt and light Ice.

Not sure why prices here are so much more than the Wheaton McD on Naperville Rd 5 miles away? Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel 1.30 more, Hash Browns 0.40 more, Lrg Orange Juice 1.30 more. That’s a 31% increase on my breakfast order….what?!? I appreciate new mgmt is making an effort on cleanliness but not worth the price differences.

The service is excellent — I never expected that at a McDonald’s. The food is fresh and really tasty. And the guy who brought my order was super nice and even offered me sauces. I’m honestly surprised by this McDonald’s. Really good.

This locations staff always gives us problems. The first time, we ordered 2 pickups and were charged, but when we pulled up to pick up, they said they didnt have the order in their system. We verified locations twice, checked our bank accounts that we were charged, and showed them the actual receipt in our email. Basically, they just shrugged their shoulders and told us that it wasnt in their system and couldnt make it. Mind you, this was a manager speaking to us. Absolutely no resolution offered and they let us just drive away with nothing. Then today, we asked for extra sauce and they give us one sauce. We have 20 nuggets in here – you think one sauce is going to cut it?! They claimed its their new policy but after spending 20-30 dollars on a meal for 2 people, you’d think perhaps a multi billion dollar company could spare a couple of sauces for their customers. I hate that prices continue to go up at this place and we continuously get cheated out of what we pay for and are met with mediocre service. Im not expecting anyone to go above and beyond for me. I know this is just a McDonalds. But seriously – only one extra sauce?! Billion dollar company btw. Its just very very disappointing as a consumer.

This seems to be a problem McDonald’s has in general. The new method of cooking the burgers in onions like white castle, only works if your cook knows what they’re doing. Ever since you guys have started doing this every other burger tastes like you’re eating an onion like an apple. It’s disgusting not to mention the thing reeks like an onion when you open it. Either train the cooks how to do this properly or just stop doing it!

This McDonald’s is one of the worst I’ve been to. The food is consistently cold, poorly made, and tastes nothing like it should. Orders are often wrong or missing items, which makes the experience frustrating every time. The service is slow, and the staff doesn’t seem to care about fixing mistakes. Overall, the quality of both the food and service is awful, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Worst McDonalds ever never go here, they just lost a customer, Worst McDonald’s ever. I tried ordering food here, and the experience was truly awful across the board. The service was incredibly slow and unapologetic, and when I finally received my order, the food was cold and incorrectly prepared. The general atmosphere of the place was chaotic and unclean. I strongly recommend avoiding this location—they just lost a customer.”

I’ve never In my 23 years of life had to write a review but my experience today at this McDonald’s location was nothing but awful, I placed my order for “eat in “ and ended up giving my items on a bag . I asked for ranch sauce and an employee named “issa” said I couldn’t have any & that there was already one for my happy meal (I placed 2 meals) and was shocked by the response I was given , I had informed her that I wanted some for my meal and said I couldn’t I processed to say that I’ll pay extra if I have to , and turned around without a word and gave me just 1 sauce and had to repeat “can I get two more I’ll pay extra if I have to “ I don’t understand how it had to be so difficult having to ask for sauces.

Ordered online and set to pick up the food at the counter and I arrived just 5 minutes after I ordered. When I arrived my food was not ready no problem I wait and wait in total I waited 30+ minutes standing right at the counter no one asked what I was waiting for at this point I had to ask what is taking so long and the employee then went back and got my order it was already done but for some reason not put on the counter or announced if I was there to pick it up they just said they where waiting for me. what? I was standing there for 30 minutes maybe ask if I was there for a order? of course the food was all cold and drinks water downed but I Just had to leave with how frustrating this whole situation was.
