Food was good but I didnt get my order complete. Forgot my hashbrowns on breakfast. I notified them that I was missing hashbrowns and lady told me she did put them in my platter.. I tripled check and nothing there. I got this attitude from lady at the front and finally gave me myb hasbrowns. The least she couldve done is apologize and not calling me a liar.

This place is a joke. It’s not hard to leave onions off a burger when asked. No let’s take it further and put onions on the burger and slap the sticker on it saying no onions. Then to go in and get a refund ha yeah right. Took them 15mins to find a person to open the register. I walked out and told them to use it for the people behind me. Oh and the points I used gone.

Absolutely POOR customer service. I walked in in a uniform, stood at the counter for several minutes. Numerous employees looked at me and then looked away and kept doing what they were doing. For employees just ignored me. When one did speak to me it made me just want to walk out. So I did have a good day you don’t need my business evidently. I think you guys forgot about the walk in customers. Your food’s way too expensive your service sucks what’s to come back for.

Can’t believe I’m leaving a review for a McDonalds but can’t say I’ve ever seen someone from the kitchen walk out of a stall without washing their hands. The cherry on top was the partially opened sauce that came with my food. Good luck yall, you’ll never know what you’re going to get.

Horrible customer service. I paid over $20 on two meals. They were out of fountain drinks so i got a smoothie instead, they didn’t give it to me when they brought the food so i went back in to get it and ended up standing there for about 7 minutes and no body came out. One women did but did not even look at me or the other people waiting for help. PLEASE do not come here, unless you want to risk not getting what you paid for. You would think with such a low 2.2 star already they would be trying to get it up.

If they’re not eager for your business, I always assume they’re content with their current level of sales. Some places get too busy and it isn’t worth the extra effort to break your back to feed people junk. So if you walk in and they seem uninterested, I don’t take offense. I just don’t go back.

Maybe I should of read reviews. I waited over 30 min for ONE mcmuffin!! I also wanted a glass of water and stood for 30 min, another Spanish gentlemen finally came up and he caught one if the employees and got his items and asked for my glass of water. No one here seemed to speak English. I ended up going up after 30 min and asking where my food was after big ordres placed had gotten theirs, if I didn’t who knows how long I would of waited.

Waited over 45 minutes for my order, stood at the counter for 15 minutes before someone FINALLY addressed me, then the order was incomplete. I have never seen a McDonald’s where an employee is not present at the front, the customer service is horrible. The store was closing early so everyone had their heads up their butts
