Weekend night shift crew carry all the vibes. A little whacky, a lot of worky. The restaurant was quiet so we could hear them working and you’d think it was Thing 1 & 2 erecting a monument to Mr. Ron McDon himself. The food was hot, the oil was fresh exactly as described in less than three minutes for my family and I. When my daughter they were very responsive, providing great customer service and definitely delivered more than expected. I think the Banksy theme is overused in corporate design language. Excellent Christmas theme and overall very clean restaurant. This one is doing everything right.

If I could give a negative star – I would. This store is so consistently terrible. You will never receive items you ordered. The times you do, the food is slapped together and terrible. I’ve never been to a McDonalds this poorly ran. Your customers complaining constantly about not receiving their food correctly and / or in poor quality. I’ve read for myself in the reviews on Google AND DoorDash! How has this specific issue hasn’t been improved on at all? – Emphasizing here: This is regarding the morning crew. Evening crew has been great

i had a pickup for a coffee and waited for like 15 minutes before leaving. the employees kept making quick eye contact before hiding lol. never ended up getting my coffee because they ignored me in the drive thru too.. there was no line. idk how them not giving people the food they paid for is a consistent issue here lmfao. not to mention every time we come something is messed up. just go to the other mcdonalds

Ordered chicken fillet, got down the road noticed it was cold by the time I got the airport road. I called in and spoke to what sounded like a young child and ask her how long the fish sandwich had been cooked before she handed it to me after waiting 10 minutes for my food. No apologies immediately said what time were you here? I said just 10 minutes ago or less she said we can legally sell food that’s been out for 20 minutes. I said no this food is cold and I need to know if it’s been sitting all evening. Me being polite mind you. She responded we can hold the food over 20 minutes before serving but if you’re just wanting money back for a refund you can come back tomorrow. I immediately asked to speak to General Manager she advised me his name was David. Spoke to David even worse than the kid that was answering the phone the night before which I found out was night shift manager. David is going to cause the store to get shut down 100%. He contacted me at 12:00 p.m. lunch time the next day. No apologies just went immediately on the defensive. I told him what I had asked her he told me that they cook those fish sandwiches for 3 minutes and I said I didn’t care how long you cook the sandwiches sir how long had the sandwich been laying there. He responds I told you 3 minutes is how long we can cook. I said to him there is a language barrier are you sure you’re the general management you cannot understand my English. He immediately said we have the right to serve the food for 30 minutes after it was cooked. I told him 10 times I don’t want refund I want them to fix the problem 10 times and I would like an apology. His response to me was we cook the food 3 minutes, and we can sell it legally up to 30 minutes after. I said to him I’ve been on the phone with you over 10 minutes ask you for an apology over 10 times and you keep repeating yourself do you understand what I’m saying to you? He replied yes sir I understand you can come back and get a refund bring your receipt. I advised him that I know the district manager Wendy personally only after I found out she was the district manager. He was very confident nothing will be done so I left my phone number for Wendy to contact me. I’m going to come back to this review section and let you know if anything was done but judging by the comments I believe the problem is management and upper management. David was way too confident that absolutely nothing would be done. General managers salaries are roughly $50,000 to $85,000 per year…. This is for management at its best if anyone reading this doesn’t believe me take a look at these reviews I want to compare this store with the one that has been open for 30 something years or longer down in town on Nashville Pike. This store is not been open long enough to have this many horrible reviews.

Went to this location 12/27/25 around 9:45pm. Took forever for them to get on the mic and when they did there were other people meowing into their mics and going “UHHH” whenever the guy asked anything else. When I asked the speak to the manager I got a young guy who clearly DOES NOT CARE about running a proper shift. He said “Sorry I’ll tell them to stop” when he walked away he was telling the staff I said they were childish (and they were) and that he would “get in trouble again” to which one very annoying person was like “I HAVE TOURETTES, so that makes me childish bc I have tourettes?!” FYI when I told them I was recording their behavior (the meowing) they stopped… hmm thought Tourette’s was involuntary. Clearly the night shift manager cannot manage a crew and the lazy people working harder to avoid working than actually working should be removed. Rarely have any issues during the afternoon, but this was ridiculous.

Everyone loves McDonald’s fries. Go there. They ask you to up size it to a large. When you get it you see cardboard. And the fries down in the box. Stop almost every evening. The manager is definitely the how trained them to put a medium or small in the large box for the price of the large. Next time take pictures. It’s really not a one time thing there. It’s either the manager or the guy who owns it being cheap making their workers put a small in a large box knowing they won’t notice till they get home

I’m shocked: This newer location turned out being young high schoolers that actually care for once. This is where the cool kids work. I hope they continue being badass. If you work here keep taking pride. Hold your head up high and smile. There’s no food south on the 109 and you’re doing great. Much love.

They are absolutely incapable of getting orders correct. Their system is just throw stuff in a bag and let the customer figure it out. Every time I’ve ordered there has been something incorrect and/or missing.They are also incapable of packing food correctly. Most of my food is always coming out of wrappers/containers.

I’ve been there twice during lunch and everything was PERFECTION! The best quarter pounder with cheese that I’ve ever had, fries were Hot, and my soda was crispy! I thought it was by chance the first time, but I got the same on the send visit. I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt it is well deserved. Not many fast food places are any good anymore, poor standards. Keep up the good work. Will return to this location again and again! Staff obviously takes pride in their work

This is a great McDonalds location. The teenagers who work here are great and treat the customers well. They’re friendly and joke around, but also work quickly and make sure that orders are accurate. I went tonight and had a double cheeseburger that was so good I forgot that I was eating McDonalds. This place is what all fast food restaurants should be.
