Even I ordered my food through the app 20 minutes ago, I still had to wait another 20 minutes there and no one else was waiting. This is not the first time this branch needs to be audited by headquarters.

The food is alright doesn’t feel fresh but don’t order the vanilla iced coffee. I’ve given the benefit of the doubt three times hoping it was just a bad experience but it’s just horrible. The staff is great though!!!

Stayed in line 30 before getting my order taken and finally got to the windows to find out the pies were left out of my bag n asked a lady and she came outside and shr told me to get in curb side pick up and she would bring them out when they were through cooking so I waited another 29 minutes. Finally went back to drive thru and they told me to pull up and they would bring them out which was another 15 mins. Service is ridiculous would not recommend

This place has ZERO personality.
It’s absolutely sterile inside. There’s barely anywhere to sit. You cannot fill your own drink. You can’t even get your own napkins. There’s no counter service – you must order at a kiosk. Because there’s no counter service, you have to flag someone down to get a refill.
The decor is just plain, square, and monotonous. Gone are the McDonalds restaurants of our youth. It’s obviously they want customers in and out as quickly as possible. Really, inside it’s just sad looking.
No one goes to McDonalds for top notch service, but some service should be expected. The small portions of cold food do not justify the inflated prices this place has.
It’s sad that this location has not even been open for three months and the reviews are terrible

If I could give it a 0 I would. Absolutely horrible service and wait times. Your whole staff except for the manager Bree and the sweet lady that was getting off at 4 yesterday are the only ones that tried to help while the rest of your staff hid in the back and wouldn’t come up front to deal with any of the customers that were in line. Don’t waste your time or money at this store. Whole staff needs to be fired expect those two.

It was like stepping into a box. No room too move , hardly no booths or places to sit and eat . Very small, couldn’t interact with people(workers…much) so I give 4 star rate.

Food was great, lady working dining room was nice to me! Music is my biggest complaint. I heard a song on the radio that was inappropriate for children and to my own ears. I’m disappointed about the music, that’s the reason I’m leaving this review.

Waited 30 minutes for curbside pickup. Food arrived with no drinks—another 5+ minute wait just for that. Fries and nuggets were cold. Slow, careless, and not worth it. Never again.

Fries were cold and my fillet o fish didn’t even have cheese. The staff seem cool but obviously they don’t care about the quality of their food.
