Repeated issues at this location. Even the simplest orders routinely take 10 minutes or more, items are frequently missing, and food assembly is careless. On my most recent visit, a “Filet-O-Fish” arrived with the cheese half on the sandwich and half stuck to the cardboard. These don’t feel like isolated mistakes many other reviews describe the same problems. It’s hard to understand how this level of service hasn’t been addressed.

I am terribly disappointed in this location. I’ve been here plenty of times before and never had an issue, but this time, the service was awful. First the drive thru rep could not give me a spicy mcChicken meal/combo. Each item was individually priced. But on Friday (01/09/26), I did receive a spicy McChicken meal from the same location. So today, I spent like 3 dollars more than friday for the exact same meal/food. Which whatever, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

However, I asked for my receipt, and the individual gave me someone else’s receipt. I notice this and go to get my food and tell the employee that I want my receipt and he tells me to wait in the parking spots to wait for my receipt.

I go to sit in spot 3, and the original person comes and asks me what happened and I just say I want my receipt. He leaves. Then the person who I said initially that I wanted my receipt comes out and asks me for the wrong receipt and confirmed my order and says he will be right back.

10 minutes go by and he doesnt come out. I go in the restaurant and get my receipt.

I come home because now at this point, I am going to do a survey due to poor service and find out, it was already completed, which I didn’t do, so how was it done? Was it done by restaurant staff who knew i was going to give a poor survey? My thoughts are probably and that is really disappointing. How can you run a successful business if you’re inflating your numbers with inaccurate survey/customer responses?

My initial survey was just going to say make sure you train better so all employees know about combos, but this is very disappointing to say the least.

Makes me wonder if the person intentionally gave me the wrong receipt and the drive thru manager? Possibly intentionally made me wait and someone did the survey instead of me.

I’m not asking or expecting 5 star service. But to do me like they did and be manipulated is unacceptable.

Was there Tuesday night. (Drive-thru) Management lacks leadership. Male manager was rude. Burger and fries were cold. Nuggets were ok. Only person running around was Christian. He showed great team player. He Apologized for the wait. I told him he didn’t have to apologize. Sad to see bad management and good workers.

Food is hot and fresh, place clean and not smelly, the cashier unfriendly with an expression so rigid as we were so much of annoyance, I didn’t get her name but I noticed that she was wearing a manager’s shirt that says Adrien O’Keefe im pretty sure that was not hers as this was a Hispanic female. She’s definitely not a people’s person. This on a Sunday December 14 at 7:15 am.

I’m not one to leave reviews ever but this is how EXCESSIVE this has gotten. This McDonalds is NOTORIOUS for parking people in drive thru. Every time I go here, they park me without fail. No matter my order size I’m being asked to park and wait an additional 10-15 minutes. I ordered ONE double cheeseburger only ketchup and they again wanted to park me. This time I refused and within seconds I had my burger. How is that even possible?? When the manager tried to ask me to park because I ordered it only ketchup, I was floored. That’s absolutely an excuse. I used to be manager at McDonalds for years. There’s absolutely NO reason to park a customer for ONE damn double cheeseburger only ketchup. That’s a management issue and a grill production issue. The management sucks at this store because they don’t stay on top of production. I absolutely will be calling corporate and filing a complaint. Pay attention folks, you will see cars parked all day long waiting for orders through the drive thru. That is no lie. And all the while I’m sure they’re manipulating their drive thru KPI numbers to make their drive thru numbers look good. I would bet in that. I’m sure that’s happening, otherwise how have they gotten away with doing this to customers this long? Save yourself the 15 min drive thru wait and go to the McDonalds on northwest highway or on Arlington heights. You will never wait for your food at either of those locations.

Went back to this location and was asked to park again for two double cheeseburgers only ketchup and I once again refused to park and this time the manager on duty started to violently knock on my car window to get me to move. After a minute my burgers came. Also I get home and my burgers didn’t have ketchup. It is only my assumption that they did that on purpose to get me out of the drive thru. Clearly the owners didn’t do didn’t anything to rectify this problem.

Had the new hot honey chicken and bacon sandwich…..had what looked like green hard dried strips of bacon in it…. Not sure what the heck that was? Hopefully it’s not harmful….How did this happen? What was it that I ate?

I just wanna congratulate you guys because I’ve been to many McDonald’s and this is by far the most consistent worst service I’ve ever gotten. Came here 2 times this week, each time I’ve been parked to wait for food and always missing item. I let them know what I miss and they still come back missing more items.

I’m sorry but this Mc Donald’s is one of the worst when it comes to getting orders correct. I have repeated orders at drive up at least 2 and 3 times and still they can’t get it right. Very sad.

This is one of the most overpriced McDonald’s outside of downtown McDonald’s and on top of that they seem to keep marking the order as now serving when they haven’t even started the order that goes for online orders and courier delivery orders as well this is the first and only time I’ve ever bought it this McDonald’s and it will be the last time as well. Everyone else should avoid this place like the plague until it gets shut down or the prices and service change for the better.

I ordered 1 vanilla cone and 1 chocolate cone in drive-thru. The vanilla cone was fine but the chocolate ice cream melted. I didn’t say anything. When I gave it to my son, the ice cream fell into the car. I picked up it and whipped it. As soon as I picked up it(30seconds) I went back to the drive-thru window and said it was melted and I kindly asked for a replacement (my son was crying). BUT a woman (who wasn’t the one who gave me the ice cream) looked at me like I was a stranger, ignored me and seemed angry at me. Also, she was rolling her eyes. I didn’t get angry even though my car seat cover was covered in ice cream!!! It makes my day worse!!! Grazy!!! Without costumers you guys doesn’t have job and Money!!!
