If I could give zero stars I totally would! MY EGG AND CHEESE BAGEL SANDWICH HAD A HAIR EMBEDDED IN THE CHEESE AND EGG!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! This was yesterday morning and I called the store but nobody answered. I hope this gets someone’s attention to the situation soon because this is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!

Food sometimes was made wrong or added condiments I did not order. The Manager was very kind and offered to replace meals both times. She was very cool. I’ll sum it up pro vs con
The register to the right doesn’t always process McDonald’s app codes. It still going on as of 2 days ago. The grill gets the code S and the register gets an error code. Inside is cute but needs a deep clean. More training BEFORE a new hire hits the windows. Happy atmosphere, no trouble. Kind caring staff. Somehow My Grinch Happy meal got inside the mix of the app code situation. I NEVER got it because it disappeared. Got an email saying it was the credited back to my account and it’s just not there. I would love my Grinch socks . Invest in a state of the art soda fountain and add on a kids play area and it’ll be cool. Deep clean in the kitchen too. Thank you McDonald’s

Took 25 mins from order till food. To be fair we did order like 8 mcdoubles and fries. And they didn’t mess up the order. Price for a meal is comparable to a real restaurant with more then 1/10lb pre cooked weight patties. But I did know what I was ordering and chose to go. So it’s McDonald’s not exactly good food or cheap or quick but it’s consistent. Oh and fries were tasty and fresh

The food is always cold and they raised the price of getting the coldest burger from the coldest burger franchise!! I can’t wait till they out law frachises and frachisees!franchisees!!

The service here is good, depending on when you come in. I have had some mangers here be real short and kinda rude with me.
This visit was actually a pretty good visit. The staff was nice and friendly. They gave me updates on my order. The staff like what is working tonight makes coming here worth it.

If you can’t pay enough for decent employees maybe get out of the business? This place is absolutely miserable and regularly provides wrong orders after excessive wait times – 15-20 min in drive thru, lobby is closed due to short staffing, but it’ll let you choose inside pickup in app anyway. RIDICULOUS SERVICE FROM A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY

This particular location is MUCH better than the locations near my home in Florissant, MO. In Florissant, ALL food is overcooked, and therefore tastes like cardboard. The service near home is HORRIBLE (The workers act as if you owe them something and/or have zero interest in customer satisfaction!) and the store is dirty, run down, and often bugs are present! The particular location that I visited today is exactly the opposite of the locations near home! Pleasant and helpful workers, obviously well-maintained and clean storefront, and the food was actually cooked properly and tasted good! My hats off to the manager and his team of employees! He/she is doing something right! If you are in the area, I would highly recommend visiting this store to give the real McDonald’s experience another try! You will NOT be disappointed!

One of the few McDonald’s that actually got my order right. Not a big fan of the whole not having anyone available to take your order, which forces you to use their self-serve station. What’s next…we make our own food?
