Hey McDonald’s, why the actual hell are my nuggets covered in ash lol? Even if it’s not “ash” it most definitely is the sign of a nasty fryer, change out the filter and I promise yall can afford a new bin of oil. Always have a problem with the location the few times I get it but I also expect it. Set the bar low

I just ate breakfast at the McDonald’s on Carlisle in Albuquerque,NM. As I was eating I started feeling sick and went to the restroom. I was in there about 20 minutes because again, I got sick so I was “taking care of my business” . I came out and headed back to my table and began feeling sick again. I told the security guard I needed back in the restroom and that I was about to throw up. Not only did he question how long I was in the restroom the first time, he gave me a hard time about needing to go back in to throw up AND he did all this in front of other customers! I COULD NOT believe I was treated this way and I was extremely embarrassed. The manager tried to tell me he was just doing his job. LOL, Seriously??? That is NOT part of his or any other employees job, to question a customer about why and how long they were in the restroom, and if it is part of his job, McDonalds should be embarrassed and ashamed! Not only am I still sick and feel awful, I’m in complete disbelief that this even occured! Im from Texas and moved here to Albuquerque 4 years ago, and I have just about had my feel with the way Albuquerque businesses treat customers! It’s past the point of acceptable in any way and it is a disgraceful look upon Albuquerque. Since I’ve lived here I’ve been stolen from, been treated like a thief, been disrespected, you name it. Is this REALLY the way Albuquerque wants to be portrayed? I constantly have people FROM ALBUQUERQUE ask me why on earth did I ever choose to move here! I ask my self that same question every day now.

The area is quite rough. Its a gas station/McDonald’s but the surrounding area has so much vandalism and trash. When I was in the drive thru I was going to order food but the soda machine had no carbonation so all they had was tea according to the person maning the drive thru. What gets me is that I was waiting at the speaker for about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. I was going for a quick bite to eat and it turned into a mission. I eneded up going to another McDonald’s a few miles away. Will not be going here again.

Two times I have gone to this location and they gave me my burger with no beef patty! It was literally a bun with toppings. I don’t understand how this happens. A couple of other things the soda had no flavor, it was just carbonated water. The two stars are for the fries and the employees are pretty nice.

They don’t make quarter pounders they just slap the old mcdouble meat on there from an old sandwich and call it good. Even still has the minced onion they sprinkle on the patties. What a joke.

Food was great service was awesome. Orlando was our server he made us feel welcome, he has a great attitude and was happy to serve us. He made sure our order was correct and that we had everything we needed. Would definately recommend this mcdonalds.

Ask for extra onions and I get a quarter pounder ALL onions. Ask for extra fudge on my sundae and they put it on top instead of on the bottom my sundae is sitting there and the top explodes off in the car fudge everywhere. Apparently you can’t ask this store for extra anything or they’ll make you regret wasting your money on their food they don’t know how to prepare. If your hungry for this McDonald’s don’t get them before 6 or you’ll get nasty service

Im at this location right now and the service is so horrible I’m making a review waiting for my food. We ordered online and they refused to make our food because it didn’t pop up on the screen supposedly but they said my name so didn’t make sense. The boy working the intercom told us that he cant do anything and we said we already paid for it. He responded with i didnt take your money and still refused so we went inside and they finally got a manager and helped us but dang they treated us like garbage. They put onions on all our sandwichs after all that as well when we wanted no onions.
