They messed up 3 out of my last 3 orders and I took the last one in and told them what was messed up and gave them an opportunity to fix it. Instead of making something new since it was cold by the time I got back to the store and took it in to get fixed, they used the same sandwich and added one slice of cheese and called it a day. Meanwhile the woman working the line was loudly complaining about my order and myself for the entire dining room to hear. Not only did I tell them nicely exactly what was missing and wrong with my order and give them an opportunity to fix it, I also remained nice as the woman was insisting she made the order right and acting like it was somehow my fault. They never fixed it how I said it was supposed to be because they gave it back to the woman complaining . So I threw it away. Wasn’t eating a burger without any condiments on it. It’s so inconsistent in there anymore. Last wk they gave me a rock hard bagel and I mean rock hard. I could not bite into it. I couldn’t even break it or cut it. Not sure if they got new workers or are short or what’s going on but really hope they get it together soon. This is ridiculous how awful their customer service in there is. If you stand in line to order they get mad and tell you to go to the kiosk. I had cash the one day and wasn’t aware their store has a cash kiosk and when he said to use the kiosk I said I had cash and he got ignorant and pointed to the kiosk that takes cash. I can not order my breakfast sandwich how I want on it. I need to order at a register. But they try to avoid taking any orders at the counter in there. Meanwhile they goof off. It’s the only McDonald’s that consistently messes up my stuff.

Order a quart pounder with cheese and 2 large fries and 2 milk shakes. From the drive through they gave us the milk shakes and I handed it to my gram and the one shake the lids fell off and spilled all over her the fries where. Old and the burger was sloppy out together what a disappointment to see such bad service for a new place . Please try to do better

This place has messed up orders before but not to this level. Don’t order a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin cause these idiots will only give you a cheese McMuffin, no sausage, no egg, just 1 good ol slice of cheese and that’s it…

If you wanna deal with rude people come here! First, I went in the drive thru and got HAIR in my food, they forgot my ranch, and my fries were half empty and cold. Reasonably so i went back to the store and told them, I was polite and did not cause a scene. The person at the second window screamed out and said “go somewhere else” bc i told him i had hair in my food. Then i get to the first window and im met with a manager that offers to replace ONLY my sandwich. If there is hair in the food, it’s all contaminated and should be thrown away. I told them and they had the audacity to give me back the same food other than the sandwhich and once again NO RANCH. I got a ten piece which comes with 2 ranches. I got my food and asked them for ranch and they came back with 1 and an attitude. This is literally the worse place ever.

Drive through timer is more important than quality food I guess.

40$ order all wrong because they were in too much of a rush to check what they’re doing.

If you don’t like what you’re doing don’t work there.

Edit: Girl on the phone said “we’re sorry sir but there’s nothing we can do about that” how about taking the time and doing your job right? Quality comes first, then speed. Otherwise you have no right cooking in this city.

I don’t normally rate a McDonald’s but the night shift is clearly a crew of teens who take it seriously. Our meals were perfect created, literally. The nugs were stacked with care, the place was spotless, the times were so quick. The kids are all right.

I placed an order online for sausage, egg,and cheese muffins.They gave me sausage and cheese,no egg. So,I went in with my phone to show them what I ordered and what I got.The kid says sorry we’ll make you two more,and they did but was put on biscuits instead of muffins.This is the third time my order has been wrong in the short time they’ve been open at this store and they’re not busy.This store has alot to be desired,wake up people and do your job!

When you pull up to the drive thru they ask if you will be using the mobile app, I said no and proceeded with my order. When I got to window 1 I asked the young lady why she ask if I will be using the mobile app. She just said “yeah, I don’t know” and handed me my change and closed the window. All fingers point to the management when employees are not educated or properly engaging with the customers. Also this is the 2nd time there were no napkins in the bag. Do better managers. My food was good.

Had to wait ten minutes for the wrong order, and the staff was rude like it was our fault. Then they brought the food out to the parking lot, but no straws, napkins, etc. McDonald’s prices are too high, and getting service like this just lost them a customer. Staff were scowling and shoved the bag in the window and dropped it without responding to my “thank you” . It was the wrong food, and when told that, she rolled her eyes and huffed.

This was the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Excellent customer service. Fast hot food brought right to your table. And the employees were walking around cleaning off other tables and keep the restaurant 100%.
