Picked up my order at the drive thru and came home to find instead of 2 bacon and egg McMuffins I got 1 bacon and one sausage. Not exactly a complicated order so quite impressive that they messed it up. And look at the state of it! It’s like it was manhandled by someone wearing boxing gloves.

A nice stop for charging electric cars with 4 spaces, really impressed. Spacious & good layout store. Food is hot and served properly. Toilet is clean and fresh. The staff needs to know more about details of Grinch socks colour to add details to the customers queries. When being asked, they did not know how many colours are there for Grinchsocks

This has got to be the worst mcdonalds I have ever been too, consistently getting every order wrong charging for things you don’t receive, no straws or ice ever provided with drinks, the pack drinks in with food so the food goes cold and the drinks go warm everything is always cold where it has been left sitting for ages, would not recommend ever going here. This has happened well over 10 times to me.

Stopped for a meal for 2 plus had a couple of coffees each and sat to have a chat – the total bill was over £35.
2 weeks later I get a Parking fine as we apparently stayed 10 minutes longer than allowed, I contacted the manager and no help was offered.
Will not use a McDonalds again now as this leaves a bitter taste – a fairly regular customer lost for good! Burger King can have my business instead.

Great experience at McDonald’s! The food was hot and fresh, service was quick, and the staff were friendly. Clean and comfortable dining area. Perfect for a quick meal or snack on the go!

I got 1 sausage sandwich from drive thru starting driving about 1mile away from the restaurant parked up took a bite from the sausage sandwich and it smell like perfume. So I drove back to the drive through and said to them, can you replace this? And give me some compensation.

I work nearby on Medway City Estate and often stop here for a quick drink. Today I just ordered an iced latte and it was really nice – smooth, cold, and refreshing. The only downside was they forgot to give me a straw, which made it a little tricky to drink on the go. Other than that, service was quick, staff were friendly, and the place looked clean and well run. I’ll definitely be back again for a coffee when I’m in the area.

Went to Medway City Estate McDonald’s today and had double cheeseburger and hot chocolate to take home, it was the worse thing I have eaten, I ate not even half then I gave it to the dog but even he turned his nose at it. Definitely won’t be back.

Just your normal every day McDonald’s, fast food, good food. Service just the same as always. Altho people park in the most annoying places here they need a different exit for the drive thru.

Located off the upnor roundabout and had links to A289. The dockside outlet is not too far off from this McDonald’s . They had a modern stylish look to
It, as you enter greeted by the self service machine go order your meal or drink. They are a fast food chain. The latte I ordered come to me quite quickly and the taste was good, better than what I was expecting to be honest.
The staff well dressed and represented the company in a professional manner, the toilets are clean.
