They have a children’s playroom where they also have tables for the parents to eat while they watch their kids and there is a door so they can be careful about not allowing them to leave. You can order on the kiosks. And the food comes pretty quickly. There’s open and Free Parking. So if you want a quick meal, you can come here and get a deal.

I went in on Saturday, February 07th and I went around 8:20pm, I ordered through the Kiosk and when ordered two cheeseburgers and a basket of fries. When I received my order I was missing a cheeseburger, which I went back ( I hadn’t left the building) and was nice about just explaining I was missing one. I also work in the fast food industry so I understand It happens and I had just gotten out of my Own shift.
When I gave my bag and receipt to one of the workers explained the issue to the previous worker who handed me the food originally. Right away the worker accused me of being a liar and saying I only ordered one burger even though, I handed her the receipt and the sticker in the bag displaying I had ordered 2. She then proceeded to leave and I waited for almost 30 minutes for the cheeseburger, when I asked for help again from another girl who went to one of the managers with short hair when she waved her away. The worker who handed me the food proceeded to talk loudly in Spanish in the kitchen all while I can understand and hear her say she was gonna display my face and call the cops on me for being a liar. She was also saying she was going to pull up the camera footage to show everyone I was lying.
I am fluent in spanish so when I heard all of this I was confused because I had shown her all the proof that I did order the two cheeseburgers. I ended up getting the cheeseburger from one of the workers and left at 9pm at that point.

Always so kind and friendly. Especially the night crew. Possibly only the nIght crew. I’m a frequent buyer, coming in almost twice a day. The guys with all the pins and the older lady there as honestly one of the most generous and helpful workers here.

Not sure what is happening today but they seem to be moving slowly. They aren’t bringing the food out like they usually do and seem to be forgetting items on some order. They are really bad today but hopefully next week they will be back on track. P.s they also took our receipt most likely so we can’t call to put in a complaint.

This specific location is probably the worst one i have had the displeasure of eating at. Every single time i go to this location they get my order wrong and i either have missing items or the food is stale and cold. Today i ordered two 20 piece nuggets, 3 fries and a fish sandwich and a large sweet tea. the only thing that was edible was the fish sandwich and they forgot one of the 20 piece nuggets and all the fries where cold and stale and the tea was so watered down it looked like pee color. It’s crazy that i can go to any other McDonalds location near me and everything will be fine with my order but this specific location is hands down the worst at everything. I think corporate needs to look into management at this location. If i could give negative five stars i would. The only positive thing i could say is they gave me a full refund.

first off i want to start by saying, this mcdonald’s have the worst manager ever. If you don’t like your Job you shouldn’t even be working there. Manager was rude. I ordered a 5 dollar meal, a 4b (spicy chicken sandwich) and a 4d (spicy deluxe) she gave the wrong order to me & also i didn’t even get my mc chicken. I drove back to fix the situation and she already had a disgusting attitude with me. Very upset, had my child with me. Who acts like that?? yall need a better manager for this location!!

Its McDonald’s so it is what it is and comparable to other McDonald’s, but for the service in the drive thru. Even when using the app they still manage to not fulfill the order properly. This has happened on more then one occasion. It’s very challenging to communicate with the staff there if you had to.

I asked for a small cup of water. They changed my order to an Xtra small cup of water. So I went and got me a gallon of water out of the bathroom sink. The next time they change my order without respectfully telling me I’m going you refund the entire order. If they won’t refund my entire order, I’m going to get a gallon of water out the bathroom sink. And she already told me she was changing my order without telling me on purpose so it wasn’t an accident. That’s what they do. On purpose.
