2 weeks ago i ordered food 15min before my lunch ended and they were really busy so i had to leave and i couldn’t go back for my food, the following morning i waited outside for them to open and i explained what happened, the cashier was told by the manger to take my info. i came back later that day on my lunch, and apparently the cashier who help me the previous day was there and was like “I remember you, you didn’t come back for your food”, and she kindly explained to the manger, and the manger packed my 30th grimace anniversary meal, thank you to the cashier and the manager.

Sent the kids to buy ice cream, received the slip @ 16:10 on the 26 Nov 2025, kids were ignored and when I questioned why the 20 min wait they were very rude, saying “it’s coming”, no explanation or apology nothing! Absolutely disgusting service!!!

Waited for my order for 12 minutes, nobody even offered to check on my order,I approached the cashier and she told me that the order was ready and it was sitting in the kitchen,the lady preparing the burgers was literally throwing the burgers in the boxes,messing with the lettuce and sauce all over the counter,looking at the customers with the most angered face I have ever seen

I was having a terrible day. My anxiety at its peak. My milkshake accidentally spilled and made a mess inside the restaurant which could’ve been my 13th reason honestly .. but the lovely lady working at the restaurant replaced it free of charge, cleaned the mess and joked about me having guy problems and we just laughed it off. Then my day was not so bad anymore.
