Just came from McDonals for lunch , threw most of it away. I got a Vaule Meal that was horrible. looks like someone sat or step on my burger and Fries were old hard and packed with salt. Only this that waa good, was my drink diet pepsi. Now I know why I go to BUGER KING.

I wrote a review of this particular McDonald’s about three or four months ago and decided to give them another shot to see if things had changed. Unsurprisingly things had not. I ask the drive thru worker to talk to the kitchen to make sure my order was made right, since I have a history of it being made wrong. She either did not talk to them or they had cotton in their ears because my order was entirely wrong. Again. This is objectively the WORST mcdonalds I have been to. To think they get paid 20 bucks an hour in there for this level of service is appalling to me. I will give them credit for quickly issuing a refund, but that’s about the only thing they did right.

Food quality is consistent for McDonald’s: the absolute bottom of the barrel of what could be considered edible. The issue here is the service. Multiple times I have come through and my order has been made wrong. Paid for an extra slice of cheese on your burgers? Well the workers here clearly don’t care unless you tell the person at the drive thru to make sure they are made correctly. This morning (10/24/2025) I went through and got two sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddles and only one of them had egg on it. How do you miss the egg in that? It’s in the name, for god sake! Save yourself the headache and drive the extra few minutes east to the mcdonalds on Broadway. Much better, friendlier service and they actually get the orders correct without having to babysit the workers.

I went into McDonald’s placed my order place my order on the touch screen. And then went to use the bathroom. An employee followed me into the bathroom went into the restroom stall and went to the bathroom and walked right back out without washing his hands. And went back to serving food in the kitchen. He never washed his hands. I asked for my money back it is so disgusting before I got my food.

today i went thought the drive through to grab me and my girlfriend some dinner. i was never greeted, food was wrong and missing items i added and payed for (do the workers here just assume what they are making and not understand that the customers are able to customize their orders?) also recently i’ve noticed pretty much everytime i go through the drive through, the person handing my food doesn’t speak a word and seem like they just want you out of the drive through. today i experienced just that and when i got my bag , i asked if that was everything and she just closed the window not saying a word. i know full well she had heard me with the side eye she gave me through the window. this locations service is absolutely terrible and some of the rudest “customer service” i’ve ever experienced.

Food is decent but the manager at this location is absolutely rude. I ordered 26 nuggets she refused to give me the 4 sauces they I chose. I have not eaten at a McDonald’s in a very long time. After getting a haircut, I was craving their French Fries. So, I gave in to temptation and ventured inside. I used the Kiosk to order. It was very easy to use. They were not busy. Dining Room was clean and organized. My order was ready within five minutes (I got it to go)

The people that work here want to make $20 an hour but can’t make a hamburger. I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese. And I’m not sure what I got but with a piece of bacon . I think I got robbed for the price I paid.

Horrible Mcdonalds, insanely expensive..almost $4 for a 4 piece nugget. The Lemonade was just water. When I parked and went in to ask why my lemonade was water the two little hispanic workers ignored me and were chatting on their phones. This place sucks.
