I use to go here as a kid now i bring my daughter. The last few times the restaurant is dirty with tables and floors with rubbish on them . There is no pride taken at all in its presentation just an unkept dirty looking restaurant my younger self remembers the good old days not no more . They even have there mchappy toy display and each time it is empty they cant even be bothered to put that weeks toys in there on display. I visited the McDonald’s at MacDonald roughly two months ago, and it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I would confidently give it a rating of 1 out of 5 stars.
First, the cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling. The floors were sticky as if they hadn’t been mopped for days, the tables were smeared with old food and sauces, and the bins were overflowing. The entire place had an unclean, unpleasant smell, which immediately made the dining experience uncomfortable.
The staff were equally disappointing. Rather than assisting customers, most of them were sitting on their phones or chatting with each other behind the counter. I even noticed some laughing and ignoring the queue of waiting customers. There was no sense of urgency, professionalism, or courtesy in their behaviour, which made the wait even more frustrating.
Speaking of the wait, it took over an hour and a half just to receive two medium cheeseburger meals. For a fast-food chain that prides itself on quick service, this was completely unacceptable. When the food finally arrived, it was poorly made. The burgers were cold, the cheese hadn’t melted, and the chips were soggy and tasted old, as if they had been sitting out for far too long. To make matters worse, the packaging was greasy and unappetising.
Overall, my experience at this McDonald’s location was terrible from start to finish. From the filthy environment and inattentive staff to the abysmal food quality and excessive waiting time, there was nothing positive to take away from my visit. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location until it undergoes a serious improvement in hygiene, staff training, and basic service standards.

To whoever made my milo mcflurry on the 26/01/2026 at 9:30PM YOU ARE AMAZING the milo ice cream ratio was actually immaculate, never have i ever had an experience where they actually gave me more than a pinch of toppings on my mcflurry. i just know it was made with love. milo on the bottom, middle and top of that thang. this was so good to the point i don’t think i can ever get a mcflurry again because nothing will top this. thank you

Ordered via the app, and when we received our ordered, a raspberry slushie was missing. When they handed the order to us my husband tried to say excuse me to the worker but the window was slammed shut and everyone disappeared. We backed up to the previous window since there was no one behind us and they aggressively made it, snapped at us to “double check our order next time”, and slammed the window shut again. It’s only a $2 slushie so not a big deal, but the rudeness and attitude was next level. Photo added to show the drink was ordered ♀️

I got there quite early, but they were definitely open. None of the self service machines were working & stood at the counter for a while before anyone decided to serve me. I ordered 2 hash browns & a flat white coffee & by the time I got my order the hash browns were almost cold.

Rough experience…drive through person who kept putting in the wrong food that I was ordering. Took several minutes to correct them. Then, I still got my order wrong twice with my food allergy. It could have been a bad. Then there’s big mac sauce everywhere besides the burger. I take a bite and there’s mustard on my burger!!! I guess people don’t take pride in their work at this location.

This would have to be the cleanest McDonald’s restraunt that we have visited. Staff are polite and very helpful. While ordering staff advised us of a cheaper deal for the same meal, making a savings of 25%.

got delivery through uber. it was ok. large drink was a bit under filled which confuses me since i know the drink machine is automatic and stops filling after reaching a certain point (it’s usually all the way to the top). but it isn’t a big deal, it’s just a drink and the food was pretty good, chips were hot. pretty normal experience for a fast food place.

PATHETIC!!! Ordered Big Mac Meal via Uber Eats last night only to receive cold fries and no bud lid on my big mac, the burger was pretty squashed, called the McDonalds Restaurant spoke to manager on the night shift last night only to be hung up on 4 times!!!! Rude Management, poor service, poor quality, they should be ashamed of themselves at this restaurant!! Higher Management need to investigate this restaurant and the poor quality of meals and service they provide, this is not the first time I have received cold meals….Disgusting
