If you have to start asking cars to park at the gas pumps because you already have 5 cars parked in the reserve spots, in front of the store, and in front of the drive through, something ain’t right. It’s not because they’re waiting on fresh food either because half the time the food will be barely warm when you get it.
This is new since the store has new owners. I stop here once a week and I’m being parked every single time I come through no matter what my order is. Pretty annoying.

It’s crazy that I was parked for 10 minutes just for a 6 pc happy meal. I was the second car parked, and then 3 other cars were parked after me, yet somehow all of them got their food before me.
They really need to either train their employees better or hire better people.

Easily the worst McDonalds I’ve ever gone to. If you order a shake they will hand you a shake barely mixed, if you order an Iccee they will hand you one that looks like mostly syrup like it’s normal. It’s staffed by teenagers who will roll their eyes at you, lack any form of professionalism and clearly the manager doesn’t care about quality or how their staff acts. If you order anything chicken related be prepared to wait over 20 minutes or MORE while a huge line piles up behind you. You will staff hanging out in the parking lot and run into the building when you go through the drive-thru. AVOID

This one girl in her teenage years was so rude slow and rolled her eyes at me i said thankyou and she ignored me and talked badly about me in front of the window as if i couldn’t hear her. around 11 she had highlighted hair and i hope she gets fired! Food was cold and stale and one of my chicken nuggets had no skin horrible service will never come back im pretty sure they even have roaches absolutely disgusting.

After approximately 10 visits where I ordered fries at this location, I quit returning because they’ve not once, ever been edible. And nobody seems to be capable of properly addressing the quality issues at this location. And they’ve handed me a few chocolate milkshakes, that were 100% just syrup, and the last time I was refused a refund. The app really should have the ability for customers to report the terrible quality of products received. This location is on point if you’re interested in the “WISH APP” version of your favorite McD products…. Delayed, incorrect, and unable to return!

Teenage girl at the drive through was rude , and the rest of the crew working seems to be nothing but teenagers , wait time was already long enough waiting in line and then want to have an attitude when I’m I just trying to buy food. This McDonald’s location is terrible. Every time I come here, the staff is rude and unprofessional. Once, I waited for an hour for my order because only one person was working while the others were running around, yelling, and playing instead of doing their jobs. The drive-thru was backed up with traffic. Today they even messed up my order and gave me old fries that seemed to be reused from someone else. The food is stale, and the service is awful. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They need to replace the staff or get a manager who knows how to run the restaurant properly.

Compared to other mcdonald’s their staff is almost always so friendly. They are quick polite and service is always great. Please note i always use the drive thru only i never been inside
