On 15 January 2026, around 5 in the evening order Big Mac meal with no cheese specific but ended up getting it made all wrong. It seems every time between lunch and evening Mcd is on mission to make it wrong. And when we try calling the store no response as usual.
Definitely need the refund and they should provide free meal for next visit.
Also for review they should have minus star coz 1 star also not worth the service with repeated mistakes.

Overall messed up my order big time. Added dipping sauce to my order that I didn’t order? I went in to correct the issues (3 different issues to be exact) and was met with Luke who was nice and sympathetic, corrected my order without any hesitation, I’ve had quite a few mistakes from this restaurant in particular however I would recommend Luke’s service any day, best customer service I have seen in awhile

No cheese on an egg McMuffin, and can I get extra extra extra lettuce. No I wasn’t told it would be a $1.50 extra but they didn’t remove money for the cheese. It has been about 25 years since I went into McDonald’ and second line in great Northern road Sault Ste Marie. no more McDonald’s for me anywhere back to Wendy’s and they have real lettuce and there’s no brown on it either

Went through drive through ordered Happy Meals for kids, with Chocolate Milks to drink. One Milk was expired by a month, it was sour and definitely spoiled, my child immediately noticed the taste was gross. Unacceptable disgrace, no excuses for that. Tried calling to complain and they never answer the phone..

Love that this place is open pretty well 24 hours especially when those ok are night craving helps. Why I only gave 3 stars for “Atmosphere” is because I pretty well use Drive through and at times the vehicle does not have the greatest atmosphere…..lol

3rd time I ordered a hotcake happy meal. No hash brown no yogurt and I ordered an extra hash brown and did not receive at drive through. January 28 ref 0013558510 H. Son did not get his full school meal again

The machine broke down during my visit, but Manager Anish handled the situation extremely well. He was polite, professional, and immediately offered a complimentary ice cream for the inconvenience. I truly appreciate the great customer service and the way he managed everything calmly.

Not an ideal McDonald’s visit.
Don’t bother ordering online during their late night hours…the app doesn’t take into account the ice cream machine cleaning…or the lack of having muffins ready for the 24 hour breakfast…as in English muffins…nor do they have the ability to make adjustments or prepare the food in anything resembling a neat way.
The food we got was okay but the mess and poor service was far below acceptable… even for McD’s. Photos attached.
The best part of the experience was the QR code at the window to use for feedback…Not that they have bothered to respond yet.
I was delaying this review to see what their response would be…I guess four days was a bit optimistic for a response… I’ll update you all if we receive one.
