I was overcharged and supplied proof and promised a refund on Dec 4th it’s now Dec 21st and I’m still waiting for my refund. The APP opened and assigned a “case number” wanted proof again which I had already provided to the manager on sight the day of my order, the local on sight manager was great and whomever she called was like sounds like we need to authorize a refund it will be back on your card in 24-48 hours. This has happened at least twice now might’ve been 3 times and now the case says “Closed” and I still haven’t received my refund.

I waited a good 10 minutes before anyone came to the front counter to get my ticket to start my order to dine in. Kitchen staff cooking for drive-through nobody inside restaurant no orders ahead of me. Poor customer service. I won’t be back.

Ordered breakfast pick up at 10:18am and was there at 10:35am. Was told they can’t make my order because I was 5 minutes late and they can cancel my order. So I drove my hungry self home. Haven’t gotten a canceled order email yet. If I can give 0 stars I would

I come to this McDonald’s frequently due to me living near by and it’s convenient. Countless times now I have not gotten sauces with my meals. It’s not even my kids complaining it’s me because half the time when I finally get to eat my fries are cold. Today I asked for sauce that normally wouldn’t come with a meal and I got a kids meal. She added my sauce to the kids meal and said I couldn’t get the other sauce for my daughter because of it. Then I didn’t even get my sauce so we both have nothing. It’s getting more and more disappointing.

So I went to McDonald’s today and took my 2 little brothers out. We ordered our food and waited 15 minutes. There was only 2 groups inside the lobby each 3 people. When we finally get our food, they forgot our medium fry, all 3 of our drinks were incorrect, and we had ordered a plain hamburger that they made as a regular burger. The whole time we were there, loud high pitched alarms were going off left and right. Not impressed AT ALL. Will be a good long while before I come back if I even do.

Been living in Soldotna for 11 years! Rarely eat McDonald’s unless it’s late during fishing season. Although our experiences have declined, drastically over those 11 years, it is the worst…and that’s coming from a former employee! I know what a sandwich tastes like when sitting in the warming bin. The buns are rock solid and ingredient’s dried out. Fast food? Slower than snails. Went through drive thru last night and the blond haired girl with glasses who took our order took forever to open her window so we could pay. When she finally opened, no hello or thank you. Zero affect. Zero customer service. Filet of fish disgusting, dried out and the fries were white, or basically RAW! My husband is a DoorDasher and is CONSTANTLY complaining about the lack of service and respect for their customers. A recent dash pickup and he waited for 20 MINUTES. Fast food??? Joke! When my husband kindly checked on his order, after being there 10 minutes already, he said that it should have been ready and the manager quickly quipped, “Everyone is waiting for their orders “, at which my husband commented, “Then that is a problem!” Soldotna McDonald’s needs an overhaul and it starts with the management. DO BETTER! McDonald’s is iconic and the Soldotna store takes for granted that NOTHING else is open at midnight or that the customer is and always should be FIRST! $38 for two #6’s and two cheeseburgers??? We are done!!!
