The lady who was at the window refused to give me fresh hot food that I ordered. She told me if I wanted it hot I could microwave it at home but couldn’t get new ones. I asked for a refund and she wouldn’t even give me that. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to give fresh fries. At the end, I gave her my bag of fries so I can get new ones and I saw her take it to the back and gave me the same fries just microwaved. I know they weren’t just made because I can see the fryer right there and she went to a different area to get “new fries” does she think I’m dumb? Unacceptable behavior

Walking into this place was just like any McDonald’s. Appreciating the quiet, I ordered from one of the kiosks. Apparently don’t take cash. I found a corner and sat. In 2 minutes, I had 50$ worth of burgers, fries, and nuggies. Nice!

Would give zero stars if I could. Placed delivery order 2 hours before closing and didn’t receive delivery. Store was uncontactable via telephone and ended up getting cancelled at 23:00. Will not be ordering again.

I have never been here, but considering the distance and extreme location, you would think the negative reviews would appreciate the convenience of having a decent meal served. If your food is cold, speak up if something doesn’t meet your satisfaction complain.

Went to McDonald’s, lovely staff, went through the drive through and order my stuff told a young Asian boy at the window to put my items in 2 separate bags , cuz 2 different orders , he than said to tell the person at the 2nd window , I say not a problem, went to 2nd window , the girl had already put everything in one bag , so I told her , I told the guy in the first window that I wanted my stuff on 2 separate bags and he told me to tell you . So I told her please and she put my stuff in 2 separate bags , but then I went again and they did the same thing again ..

This McDonald’s is truly the best I’ve ever eaten at! I was here for the first time in 2023, and it was so good I went back the second day! In addition to the burgers, the staff was exceptional- both years. They are very young yet professional, polite and make being here a true joy and worth my time and money.

food was terrible. Everyone had a terrible attitude the manager was discriminating against my race and made my food come out late, they all give you dirty looks and treat you less than a person. For a restaurant to be this incompetent with no one else to serve and people still manage to get the food out to you 40 minutes later like this is a fast food restaurant? I could’ve took my money where I won’t be disrespected. I was nothing but nice to the employees but they all foam out the mouth with distasteful judgment. Not only that I witnessed them harassing a homeless man who clearly had no where to go and kick him out and speak horrible things about him in the process he wasn’t making any issues and wasn’t a hazard for the area either. The boy couldn’t even be more than 18 he didn’t bother them just ordered food and sat down and said nothing. I couldn’t just let them treat someone that needs help like that. This establishment is absolutely ran by a corrupt person and all the lap dog employees should be ashamed. Not only that but they lied on the poor boy, they kicked him out for having “medical substance” but he can’t even afford to get a drink? The kid even explained to him that he can’t possibly do that because he’s homeless and stranded in Alaska! And they still kicked him out! Cruel. I’ll never eat here again and you shouldn’t either. They discriminate against race and treat people with misfortune with no remorse. And they don’t answer the phone at the establishment either, horribly run. And I see them cross contaminate food all the time it’s truly disturbing. Do better or just get a better staff because this is unacceptable.
