I got a Sausage egg mcmuffin. Every time I come to this Spenard location I have to request it fresh but this time I didn’t because I tought they will keep their food is some what good shape. After I got to work 3 mn away I opened my sandwich just to find my egg with black/green ish around the yolk. This has happened before and I know this will give a wierd smeel and a nasty taste if eaten. So I went back to get it replaced and they claimed that that was normal and it was only STEAM. like what!!!! Well at the end of the day they replace it but still dont be selling old nasty food to costumers

How is it my order is always wrong. Quarter pounder with ketchup only. I requested politely three times plus. I still did not get what I asked for. I recommend not having somebody that doesn’t know English well take orders. Especially in a Drive-Thru. Poor service. I’d rather drive the two extra miles to a different restaurant

Homeless are ALWAYS there. Just heard the manager ask a couple homeless people to leave after asking for a free coffee refill and the man and woman just sat back down.

Had a delivery order with a meal. No fries, no napkins, no straws. Restaurant is poorly ran.
Edit: Contacted McDonalds via the link provided. Received an automated response telling me they couldn’t help me to all 3 email replies I sent. Their support team seems to be all AI automated replies now.

I get really annoyed when I hand my money to a cashier and he/she puts the CC hnge and slides it across the counter . I’m like not holding my hand out for the hell of it. One of my coworkers specifically mentioned that his order was for here. Same cashier comes around the corner with his and his sisters order in a take out bag on a tray he was irritated I don’t blame him. If your not willing to interact with the public and understand English the food and beverage industry isn’t for you!

Went out to eat here and it was 40 bucks for to happy meals and 2 combos. Went to Texas roadhouse house and it is 53 for 2 kids meal and 2 entrees. Think I will be spending the 53 from here on out because the quality does not compare. McDonald’s is over priced

Photos show a great big Play Area but it has been redone & is terrible. Employees also don’t monitor the register so you’re stuck using the stupid kiosk to order your food.

Went in for a latte. Which was all cream and no coffee/espresso. They also lock you out of the bathrooms. Somebody has to husk ally come type in a code so you and tinkle. ♂️

The second they ask you to pull around and wait for your food in the drive thru- all bets are off. You get wrong food every time. They have more employees than customers when I was there. How on earth does it keep happening.
