I usually go in the day. I receive fresh French fries 99.9% of the time. Coffee is always hot and ready. The staff are friendly and helpful. One of the better locations in Anchorage I’ve gone too.

The staff at this location really went above and beyond to return my wallet to me. I had accidentally left it and they contacted me to get it. I was quite impressed and thankful. While I was dining there the food we received was good and correct. I will say it is inconvenient to have the bathrooms locked but I understand the reason behind locking them and the staff unlocked them quickly. Thank you again to the staff for returning my wallet!

Helpful and friendly staff. Recovery after lunch rush was lacking, the trash was overflowing and tables were dirty but I’m sure it was due to under staffing. Saturday appears to be D&D club day which I think is great but it might be hard to find a table. I miss the old decor that was more rustic and Alaskan, it’s cold and sterile on the newer restaurants.

I can’t use wash my hand before I eat because the bathroom door is locked. My phone is at 5% and I can’t charged it because they replaced all the outlets with metal plates. Never coming back to this location. Too bad. I usually walk here for lunch. It was nice.

I usually write good reviews but this is another faulted order. I always ask for Bacon, Egg, Cheese McMuffin so I ask them to replace the sausage with bacon but every time I go to this location, I’m always ending up leaving with no egg but everything else on it that I asked for. This morning 2/16/23 around 9am & the guy that took my order sounds feminine messed up my order for my 4th time, I recognize his voice because I usually go here just for coffee. But by the time I noticed the messed up order, I had to drive to an another McDonald so they could change the mistake of the McDonald’s on DeBarr RD. I had the best drive-thru experience of my life at this McDonald’s. Whoever the drive thru staff on 2024-04-28, at 6-7pm, was incredibly kind and professional—genuinely a cut above the rest. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted with a cheerful voice. My order was taken with precision and confirmed clearly, and the team moved with impressive efficiency.
At the pickup window, I was again met with a smile and a courteous attitude. Everything was hot, fresh, and exactly as I asked, and it was an entire family order. It’s RARE to come across a fast food team that operates with this level service. You can tell the management here sets a high standard and the team didn’t have the typical “I’m over this place” attitude. I’ll absolutely go out of my way to return to this location..
