Orders are almost always accurate, food comes out hot, and the service has that friendly small-town touch that sets it apart from the average franchise experience.
The restaurant itself is well maintained — floors clean, tables wiped, restrooms stocked, and the beverage station orderly. Even during a rush, the team stays organized, and you can tell the management keeps a close eye on quality and flow.
Food quality is reliably good for what it is. Fries were fresh and crisp, burgers were assembled neatly (not thrown together like you sometimes see elsewhere), and everything tasted like it just came off the line. The coffee was fresh, too — not sitting for hours like some locations allow.
The drive-thru is quick and well-coordinated, with staff who actually take the time to greet customers properly and double-check orders.

I had a real weird experience here Saturday the 27th. My friend and I didn’t get spoons so we went through the drive through to ask for some and we had a manager get on the intercom and say that we needed to go inside. Said we could absolutely not get them though the drive through and that he’d personally hand them to us?? So we went inside and the poor dude at the counter handed us a bunch of spoons and asked if we wanted to talk to the manager that said that, he had no clue what was going on. We didn’t wait because we left our food in the car.

Went to use the app and apparently it is set up on East Coast time and if you order past 10:00 on the app it tries to order breakfast. Told there is nothing that they can do about it on their end. Zero help or consideration, just some clueless kid on the end with the microphone. Nice work McDonald’s!!! Way to keep your customers happy and coming back. By the way I left with nothing and I don’t know if I’ll be back.

Amazing service! They accidentally missed one 10 piece nugget in our very large group order and when we went in to replace them, the guy who packed the order immediately ran back to grab us the 10 piece and offered us extra sauces and a comp dessert. I think his name was Justin. Amazing Amazing service and Justin and all his staff here are super duper personable!

So difficult to just simply place an order now that they have gone digital. Can’t just go up to the counter to order, they would rather have you use this huge screen and make your order on there instead of through a real person at the counter. I find that to be rather aggravating because I’m not in the digital mindset I guess.
