Ordered the new Angel meal and made it a dbl and large. They didn’t hold the pickles. I had already touched the burger and they confirmed that they would be tossing it and remaking it from scratch. I informed them that I had dogs at home and would like to keep the other burger. The first manager said no saying I can’t have a “free” burger if I want to keep the messed up burger it constitutes me being happy with it. Ask to speak to his manager. Another one stepped out I explained the issue to her and she said yeah that’s fine. And then the burger they remade didn’t have bacon and it was only a single. I went back to complain and she said we’re not going to give you the extra since you kept the other one. So this McDonald’s location can’t make your order right. Then made false promises and refused to make it right when given a chance.

Just another McDonald’s. Stopped here to grab lunch on the drive home from Leavenworth. Used the kiosk to order, service was fast. But almost got knocked out when the ice machine fell apart and a large plastic piece about 2 feet long bounced off my head and fell to the floor. Told the counter staff about the machine but they didn’t appear very concerned about it.

Took a whole 26 minutes just for a mcchicken. Receipt said it was ready at 6:24 I ordered at 6:10 and I didn’t get my food until 6:36

Went through the drive thru for the first time as we were driving through Othello. Service was possibly some of the best I have received from a McDonald’s! Both employees who helped us were friendly, upbeat, made eye contact, smiled and called me ma’am. Nothing above and beyond but notably different than you experience these days at a fast food restaurant!

It’s always a hopping place, and the crew is full of smiles!
That says a lot, the food is fresh and hot, and the line moves quickly in the drive thru. The wait time in the holding for food spots is minimal, and the runners are clearly marked so you can see them safely in the parking lot.
Overall, it was a great fast food experience at this location just off of I-90.

It sucked cause every time we go get something its always wrong or the pop is flat or the tea not sweet this is like an all the time going on I just don’t understand it all very disappointed at this mcdonald in Othello
