The kid in the drive threw was hilarious! My 14 year old daughter and I were laughing our butts off! He had great customer service! He jokingly told me no I could order a happy meal, then when we got to the window and he asked for payment I jokingly said uh, NO. Hahaha! Great personality! Bought food for the kids and they loved it!

The worse McDonald area! Months ago I had the worse experience. We order some fries with NO salt. There was salt in it… went back and almost the whole staff were annoyed saying they did not add salt… as if I’m being told I’m wrong when I see salt in it… it was obvious they were lazy and did not care about my issue. They fix it yes but with that horrible attitude they gave me rolling their eyes as if I’m wrong or crazy…
Today I ordered a happy meal, simple things asked. No salt on the fries… had an issue with the hamburger too. They fixed the hamburger issue but what bother me is they used the same hamburger… issue was that the meat looked raw! And all they did was flip the meat to hide that and add a lot of ketchup to hide that… it was disgusting. Now the fries with salt I did not check until I got home. It was so irritating I had to throw all the food away. Huge disappointment. I am tired of the employees always doing lazy work can’t do anything right. Horrible experience with this McDonalds and always fails.

They were quick to take an order and quick to take payment and get food out. I was impressed with the amount of time I didnt have to spend waiting. Food was a normal mcdonalds quality meal.

I had Zips yesterday and they did a relatively good job. Super hungry and line was short. Hamburger was pleasing and fries were well cooked! Also they have fry sauce. Super good!

Man, it’s 2025… can’t we figure out how to get an order right? Literally every time I go to this location, there are a few things missing or messed up! I’d say it’s hit or miss but, it’s pretty much just miss every single time! Been this way for quite awhile, the only difference is now I pay a lot more for the items I don’t get! Tonight all the fries were only half full? C’mon! Ronald would not be happy about this level of service!

I don’t think I have ever complained about portion size but this time was too far even for me. I paid for two large combos but this restaurant keeps giving us at best a medium portion of fries inside large cartons. You don’t get what you are paying for and I don’t think it’s an unreasonable expectation that the carton be filled.
The service at this restaurant has also been extremely slow on each of our last 3 visits.

Unfortunately, as a door dasher we rely on the wait time. And I was communicated through my door dash app my customers order was completed 8 minutes ago, however, it was still being prepared. We are on a time frame for pickup and delivery and expect a more reliable time.

Since when did FAST food take 20 mins to be handed out? We placed a mobile order and sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Then got handed our food by a worker and they walked off saying nothing, no apology, nothing.

CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave the drive through line. I’ve left here the last three times (quick breakfast) and they have messed my order up. It’s only three items and they can’t get it right! Every time the sandwich was wrong!
