Employees are obviously overwhelmed. Generally a horrible McDonald’s to choose in the Tri-Cities. I’ve had multiple experiences in the past of them not putting ingredients/not enough. They just slap some ingredients together and take no notice of the actual order. I was mostly peeved since the same lady that asked for the fry back has been sour to me before about issues I’ve had with my order in the past but I made this review last night while sleep deprived after a shift at work:
They had the audacity to give me the wrong sized fry, and after going through the drive-through TWICE waiting almost 20 minutes total, they then had the audacity to ask for THE FRY BACK TO THROW IT AWAY! Shame on the manager, the employee didn’t care, the worker even told me they were just gonna throw it away. Not only did I waste time and gas here in the drive-through, they had the audacity to take the fries back.
More to note: This McDonald’s is also almost always a couple cents more expensive than the other McDonald’s in the area, and has less deals. If this location is genuinely struggling, they need to work on managements treatment of customers. From now on, I will only be spending my “free” points at this location. I will not be spending my hard earned money at this location, and I will not put the wear on my car idling for a half hour going through the drive though twice in the middle of the night without reimbursement (I’m still pissed about taking back that medium after waiting so long by the way.)

I typically only get coffee and water from McDonald’s cuz I really like their coffee. But I would just like to ask the staff to stop handing me the cup of coffee with their fingers all on top grabbing the lid. Just put your hand around it and hand it to me, otherwise your fingers are where I need to drink. It’s an easy way to pick up a cold. Or any other virus. But the people are always friendly and nice but just a suggestion. It should actually be a requirement or have gloves on.

This is the second McDonald’s that I had visited today picking up a customer’s order for door dash. As a dasher we are required to deliver orders by a certain amount of time. Our clock starts when we and the customer is notified that their order is ready. However, the order is not ready and we continue to wait minutes later to pick up our order. I understand you may be busy and will cause productivity to go down if you do not get orders out. But please think about it effects our jobs when you choose to complete the order before it is ready to go out.

probably the worst McDonalds in the tri cities, The drive through people are always in a super bad mood. I asked for a sauce packet and received a speech on how it should have been requested on the app which i get but you could tell she was sour . They seem to hate working. I know its fast food but don’t take your misery out on everyone

They over charged me and tried to tell me that the prices had gone up! It was a lie. I contacted the manager and all he was going to give me was the difference in price. I had ordered 3 cookies which should have been $2.17 I was charged $2.91. For me the cost of gas waiting in line was more than the 65 cent difference that he was willing to grant me plus my time was worth more than that!!!

Placed a mobile order. Parked curbside and waited for 10 minutes. Then a woman brought out an order and it wasn’t even mine. Proceeded to wait an additional 10 minutes and finally got my order. Opened the bag and 2 items were missing. I went in and let them know and the woman said, “I swear I put those items in there. Are you sure?” First, you can’t even bring out there right order. Second, I waited 20 minutes for an order and can clearly look at the receipt, my app, and what’s inside the bag, and can see not all of my food is there…of course I’m sure. “Are you sure?” is a very odd question, especially when I brought the bag in as proof. I’m thankful there are more McDonald’s in Tri-Cities because that was the worst experience at this Kennewick Ave location.

The breakfast burritos are very dry because they aren’t putting cheese in them anymore, at least not at this location. Also, I asked for an extra couple of picante sauce packets, and they wanted to charge for them. They hang a 12″×12″ mirror in the men’s room. I guess this becoming california now.

They forgot two of my items. DoorDash issued me a refund. But if I reorder i have to pay more than the refund covers. Going to save my money and hit a local grocery store for breakfast. Forgotten item was two Sausage McMuffin® with extra cheese which I paid extra for!

Took 23 min to get food in drive thru. Waited on a Cajun chicken sandwich and it is inedible chicken is full of grissel and I can’t even bite through it. No apology for wait. Totally not worth the 10 dollars for a sandwich I can’t even eat. Should gave gone to Taco bell!

The burgers seem smaller, it was way salty and very dry. As a great commercial once said…”Where’s the Beef”??? Service was great, they were nice and brought my meal to me.
