Every time we drive through, the young woman taking orders and cashing us out is such a GEM! Every single person in our family knows exactly who she is because she is so personable, so kind, and not to mention a great customer service person, and not on just one occasion, on every occasion. We live a minute from this location and have 4 college students around, so we frequently drive through. I sadly cannot remember her name, but she was working the drive through at 5:35pm on 1/25. She should be a manager.

McDonald’s, what is it about this restaurant that can make you crave it so much? . Had that craving, nothing else could satisfy !!! Whether it be a Big Mac, a fish fillet, or chicken nuggets all great choices!! For me it’s a quarter pounder! . In this case it’s a double quarter pounder/no cheese!! So good!! the taste of that juicy burger meat, such a great mouth feel, with an explosion of flavor, ahhh man and a handful of fries . Super people, very clean restaurant, rates this burger joint five ⭐ for sure!!

The restaurant was clean. I don’t like the kiosks that are mandatory to use. I want to talk to a human being. I want you to smile at me. Make me laugh. Greet me. Losing customer service will lose customers.
Ordered ice cream; dipped cone and McFlurry. Product was good. I watched one employee chat with numerous other people as he made my order. He then proceeded to hand my cone out the drive thru…oh wait, was that for dining in?

There were no napkins in the bag. I went to the drive thru. The work areas I could see were dirty. Liquid products spilled on counters and the floor with no one making any effort to clean anything up.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 drinks, a McFlurry, Egg McMuffin, Chicken Nuggets & Large Fry. Not a large order, yet every single item ended up having something wrong. So crazy. First we pulled up to window and they gave only 1 of our 2 drinks plus the McFlurry and then told us to pull forward to wait on our food. The one drink they gave us was not a drink we ordered and the other drink was missing. So after sitting for a few minutes we decided to go inside to get our drinks. When the cashier realized we weren’t at the counter to order (there were NO other customers inside restaurant) he went back to prepping orders for cars in drive thru and called over the girl who had taken our order. She’s busy, so she finishes up what she’s doing and then comes out into lobby to fill our drinks. In the meantime, our bag of food is sitting on the counter getting cold. When the guy put the bag on the counter I knew I should look inside because of how crazy everything was going to check it. Only had 3 things that needed to be in the bag… there were 2. They didn’t include our fries. So, I said we needed our fries too and showed them the receipt. They were filling a large order at the drive thru (we’ve been here 20 minutes at least since when we first arrived) and even though our drinks had been missing and our food was getting cold, they filled up 5 large fries and put them in the drive through order they were prepping and there were not enough to make another order for us…. So we stood there while they said they had to make a fresh batch of fries. We got to watch that frozen set go in and wait for that too. He ended up putting the fries in our bag and we headed out. The fries were white, soft and not fully cooked. I’m including pictures of the Egg McMuffin as it was burnt and nasty. The chicken nuggets had some kind of strange looking square holes punched through them ( never seen that before) and my daughter said that the McFlurry tasted really strange. She said it didn’t taste normal and she wouldn’t eat more than 2 bites of it. A kid who wouldn’t eat the ice cream? Drinks wrong, missing food, the food we got was gross. This McDonald’s is in some type of Twilight Zone. I’d never go back to this one.

Kids love it but I don’t really like the food. They have great breakfast and coffee and chicken nuggets and fries if you get no salt they are always fresh. Toy selection for happy meals sucks though. Promo goes on for too long. Friendly staff though.

Employees at this location are consistently rude and have no manners. I go often in the mornings for a quick breakfast. This morning just had an incident where they claimed the missing item wasn’t on their screen and “they didn’t see it”. The girl proceeded to roll her eyes at me when I showed her proof of item purchase on my receipt.
