Okay food, just not the greatest QC. Older chewy nuggets, wilty lettuce from sitting in the hot hold (both of these a couple times in the past), poorly assembled sandwiches/bagging. Great service though, always friendly and when I’ve had time to wait for a replacement they’re always happy to remake it.
Oh and you have to try the McStraw, it’s excellent.

this is worst operated mcdonalds in the vicinity. the kids working there are rude and i know its because they dont get proper hours, the general managers are way worse. I’ve never been so disrespected for just asking for more sauce. no other mcdonalds would charge them separately as it isnt a big deal but the managers here will give you attitude if you dont immediately pull out your wallet for one sauce pack. the food is prepared fine. i just wish the managers could be replaced.

The red headed female manager is an absolute terrible example of how a manager should handle customer service. However Jordan for the win! Came out to help us to ensure we got what we needed. Great example of how management works. That girls attitude was spicy enough to catch fire. If she can’t handle helping customers she shouldn’t work a customer service job. Thank you for your help Jordan your friendly and helpful attitude saved your restaurant a bad review. Keep it up man!

The portions are getting very small and more and more expensive !!!!
The food quality is going downhill also. It seems to be just stopped together.
I’m not expecting fine dining at McDonalds, but it should be somewhat appetizing !

If you have to wait for the bus at the west plains transit center DO NOT stop by the McDonald’s there. I ordered a frozen coke a cola and I was told that it would be about 5 minutes for it to be ready and refrozen. I waited almost 20 minutes and I had to go back to the register and wait for another 5 before anyone asked me if I wanted something. It was then that aperirentnly the Manager was coming back from the dining room area and then they decided to check the machine and it was still in defrost mode. Now I know that I have not worked for McDonald’s for a long time but I will be damned if I ever had anyone waiting that long for 1 drink. I asked for a refund and they actually offered me the defrosted coke a cola to take with for free. Talk about insult to injury. I have always had a problem with the service here and I would never suggest anyone to go there from the bus. Just really disappointed and insulted by the lack of professional work and definitely insulted by the lack of professional attitude from this store.

Long wait times for uber delivers, and door dashing. It’s been observed many times Employees seem very unorganized, and frustrated. It’s really disappointing when you ask if the orders ready, and they get agitated because you asked the employees a question. Remember your customers are the main part of what makes your store in business listen to them look at your reviews not just put an automated response back.

This McDonald’s has the worst bfast burritos around town. I eat them here regularly because its super close to my place. Everytime I go to another McDonald’s the burritos are fresh and hot and aren’t dried out from being reheated in the microwave. Have some damn pride in your job. Stop being lazy and make fresh burritos like ur supposed to do.

They gave me the oldest fries I ever had, like they was sitting on the counter all day and they just dipped them back in to get them kinda crispy and still let it cool again before giving them to me.. Smh Straight trash. Always check your fries before leaving there

Experience: Extremely disappointing. I ordered two Number 1s and a Number 3 through the drive-thru. Upon leaving, I realized we had received the wrong order. I returned to the drive-thru and spoke with an employee. She requested the receipt, which we were unable to locate. It turned out we had never received one, despite confirming that I wanted a receipt during the order process.
Issue: The employee refused to provide us with the correct food, claiming that they couldn’t help without a receipt. This is unacceptable, especially considering that we were still in the parking lot and had not left the establishment. Their reasoning for this was that there are a lot of scammers, which is a completely unfounded accusation.
Conclusion: This incident has left me extremely dissatisfied with McDonald’s. The lack of customer service and their refusal to rectify a mistake they made is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location or any other McDonald’s in the future. McDonald’s needs to pay more attention to detail and stop making mistakes with orders. This error cost me over $20. It is also essential to train employees properly. The employee who refused to fix the issue was the same one who had made the initial mistake. It is not the customer’s responsibility to train McDonald’s employees. If McDonald’s is going to enforce the receipt policy, they need to ensure that all customers receive a receipt, regardless of whether they ask for one. I will be filing a formal complaint being this order was over $20 and I did not get my order!

Prices keep going up but meals are getting smaller. Hadn’t had a fish sandwich in a longtime. When I opened the box it was so small they could put 3 in a box. Half piece of cheese & a dot of tartar sauce. Despicable
