This location consistently serves hot, fresh, food and exemplary customer service. The GM is always dressed sharp, he’s quick to help, and I can see his crew having fun but also working hard together. The fish rots from the head and this fish is fresh! I always leave here full and in a better mood! Keep it up. God’s blessings

Twice now in one month the male manager working nights has given me cold food and completely ruins my order on top of it. Simply and clearly I ask, “one double cheese burger with only a little bit of mac sauce” there’s no way in hell you just made me wait 10 minutes with no one in front of me for a onion covered burger and somehow extra Mac sauce. Dog you just asked me if I wanted pickle or onion. I said no. Too many times man, I’m absolutely done with this location. One of my orders was almost 20$ and i was given someone else’s combo meal that was roughly 10$ in comparison with no compensation on my next visit as well. I get it work is tough, I just worked my entire shift too and if your business is open until a certain time you should uphold your standard of work especially as a MANAGER UNTIL THE END OF THE SHIFT DUDE. It’s leadership and mindsets like this that plague locations like this with negative reviews. The CEO of this location is getting absolutely punked by the people they hire to work here and even more so by the people they choose to run the ship. Yall got me cooking dinner after midnight after working 8 hours cuz you can’t take an order down. Sadly you’ve put me in this situation to many times and I’m sick of it.

The app really let me down today, technical difficulties sent my order to the shadow realm and messed up normal app function. Luckily AM Ivy was on the scene to help me out, making sure I got my online order cancelled and refunded, and re-placing and honoring my deal in house. She was calm and professional the entire time despite the volume going on around me, and handled my issue in a swift and decisive manner. If she doesn’t make GM soon, I might offer her a position at my store!

This location has been managed and staffed well. The line always moves fairly quickly and the cashiers are friendly. The burgers are always cooked perfectly. I love coming to this location even though it’s a bit further from my home then another because I know I can rely on them to get my order right and not overcook or short any food.

Abigail (Swing Manager) Drops the ball again….

We visited this location on September 21 and had missing food items in our order. After speaking with Abigail (Swing Manager), we were assured that a meal coupon would be sent out that week as a way to make things right. It’s now October 10, and we still haven’t received any reimbursement for the $10 worth of missing food.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened — it’s the fourth. The repeated lack of follow-through and accountability is disappointing. The reviews don’t lie — this location clearly struggles with management. It’s time for someone in leadership, including the owner, to step up and take responsibility for the quality of service customers receive.

I live close to here so this is the McDonald’s I frequent often, but if you have the extra 5 minutes PLEASE go to the one up the hill on regal.
There’s one thing this McDonald’s blows my mind to do every single time no matter the time of day breakfast, lunch or dinner and that is to offer you a hot bag but somehow ice cold food, the fries are always soggy and old. the burgers are always cold but taste burnt, the drinks they don’t even fill full.
When it comes to breakfast my go to is the burritos but those are always cold on the inside and the cheese is always crusty.
The restaurant on regal once in a blue moon has any of these issues so if you have the time. GO THERE

Not me waiting outside the drive thru to order for a long period of time this morning at 6:05am to nobody saying anything. I looked at the hours online they were open. I said hello maybe 5x with no response. Finally I pulled up to the window to a middle aged larger man making himself a coffee (nobody was in the drive thru or inside) when I waved like hellooo (still being very polite) he just smirked & continued on. Didn’t open the windows to say anything or to acknowledge if they were open or not. SUPER weird & was not helped at all & had to leave. What a waste of time!!!

This was the second time in a row that McDonald’s completely messed up our order. If it wasn’t missing items, it was the staff being completely unprepared to handle a customer with a problem. Even a manager-level employee (a man in a nice shirt) refused to make it right. The night crew was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and provided the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any fast-food restaurant. We left feeling angry and disappointed. Looking at this McDonald’s overall rating, it’s clear we’re not the only ones who have had these kinds of experiences. These on going issues will be escalated to McDonald’s corporate for further review and discussion.
