I wanted to try that HOT HONEY Biscuit McMeal, but didn’t want to pay $9 with tax for McD’s breakfast (PRICES ARE A JOKE) for said HOT HONEY Biscuit McMeal. So you know what I did? I got the breakfast special for $5 and had em add HOT HONEY to that sandwich for $.49. Came out to $6 with tax. I wish they woulda put as much HOT HONEY as I requested because I requested extra HOT HONEY and they only gave me regular HOT HONEY and I PAID for that extra HOT HONEY.

One of the best McDonald’s in the Spokane / Spokane Valley area.

I use the McDonald’s app with the mobile thru pick up after work usually past 11pm. The night staff are great.

Sometimes there’s a line but they always power through it quickly. There’s other McDonald’s late at night that can take forever. This one is usually really consistent.

This is one of the only 24/7 McDonald’s here. I can’t speak for how other experiences are during other times but the night crew is awesome!

We had an issue with an online order missing nearly $50 worth of food for our family (and kids friends). When my wife contacted the store to resolve the issue, she was quickly brushed off by the person who answered the phone who then told her he couldn’t help. She asked for a manager, and he said he was…. She giggled at him and said that she knows those tricks and asked again. The guy hung up on her. I called back in to get his name and someone else answered, also claiming to be a manager. I asked for the guys name so I could file a complaint and attempted to confirm who he reports to (she didn’t understand when I asked if he was a “peer” or reported to her….). Got his name (Austin) and we ended the call. A few minutes later Austin called me back. He again confirmed his name and immediately tried to explain and defend why he hung up on my wife, claiming she was yelling and cursing at him…. I was standing right next to my mildly irritated wife when she spoke with him…. I understand now that they don’t service their own online orders (odd…. Considering that my card is charged by McDonalds, not Door Dash…), but how ridiculously unprofessional to hang up on your client without even an attempt to help them resolve an issue or assist them with a resolution involving your business…. And then try to convince the spouse that the conversation went very differently than what actually happened…. What a joke of a manager, assuming he actually is.

Stopped here on the drive through Spokane Valley. The young brunette supervisor gal in charge deserves a raise. You can tell by the way she ran the place and swiftly handled all the customer orders. Most memorable thing about this location is that they have actual mirrors in the restroom. First McDonald’s I’ve been to that didn’t have a blank wall or some stupid reflective silver panel instead of a mirror.

Order was cold, missing items, and hair in food. I’m not sure if it’s who’s in charge of this location, who they allow behind the counter or what kind of training process employees have to go through. Who ever was shift lead tonight was certainly lacking awareness skills… waste of $30

McDonald’s Team on Argonne in Spokane Valley

Just want to give a shout out to McDonald’s in the valley on Argonne. We had planned a birthday party for our five-year-old roughly a month ago for today’s date. The location did not get the memo and we’re not expecting us this morning. But they still made it happen!

The general manager Autumn , came out to our party right away, and wholeheartedly apologized and explained what had happened with the miss communication. She helped comp our party and her and her amazing staff team made sure that we were served promptly and with excellent customer service!!

Thank you SO much for giving our five-year-old an amazing party in a safe, clean environment and for the excellent management and customer service !

Took our fur baby to get her hamburger for her birthday and the workers were AWESOME! The worker said “here’s one cheeseburger” I said it’s her birthday and she goes hold on and comes back with a BIG pup cup and 3 other workers came up to the window to sing happy birthday! That was awesome and ment a lot! Thank you

Wanted a fish filet and came out with literally 1/2 cheese square. They said that’s how it’s made for Fish Fillet but I’ve had better properly made sandwiches with equal fish to cheese to tartar sauce ratio. They would not take it back or remake it.

Assistant manager Travis m should not be working there. That guy was so rude to several people as we all were patiently for food. Some people waiting 50 to 60 minutes at the counter for simple food. 1 lady just was waiting on a burger 50 minutes and her kids waiting in car. They were getting multiple orders wrong and everyone was upset as we all waited. Several people got refunds after 45 minutes of waiting.. there was about 25 people waiting in the lobby. Travis the mamager keep rolling his eyes and yelling at customers.. I have never seen this before from a manager. It was terrible so we just left after 50 minutes without our food or refund because the chaos was terrible. We also had kids with us . Our order was $37. Travis was just rude to several people.even other customers had to tell him to chill out and stop yelling at customers…

Well… I am actually speechless. We encountered a hangup with our mobile order. My wife made the order on her phone, and I came to pick it up. We do this almost weekly (I know I know) but this is a normal occurrence for us. We have NEVER had an issue and we’ve been doing this sort of thing for as long as mobile ordering has been around. He made it clear he’s”been here 6 months!”. For whatever reason the order didn’t pop up with the code that I had to offer. The assistant manager of the night (Saturday dec 6th) came hot and heavy to the window. Straight up RUDE. Talking down to me IMMEDIATELY (Like what the heck did I do to you sir?) and matter of fact and in no way attempting to be helpful. Explaining how I need to go get my wife’s phone from home and come back, or cancel the order and make it on my phone. I don’t have the app.. Repeating the geo location lingo and rudley explains how the phone that the order was placed on has to be 3 minutes from the location.. we live on Mansfield, 3 minutes. He didn’t even look at the computer or anything. I felt like a child being told I got the answer on my test wrong. I asked him to put the code in once more and guess what… It popped up.. dude my face got so red. I’m actually disgusted… They definitely made me wait.. like 6 cars got their orders and zoomed passed. I mean I really am upset but I don’t think I deserved his tone.. I’m glad we did get our food in the end though.. I do no man… thanks Travis.
