Horrible service and disgusting. Two out of three burgers had hair in them. They handed us the bag of food and then asked for it back and took food out that we had touched and replaced it with the correct burger, so whoever’s burger she took out to give to the correct person was touched by me before they got it. Before she took the bag back I put the sauces that my kids wanted in the bag so when we got the bag back I didn’t think to look for the sauces. Now we are at the park without sauces so the food is useless and the kids are hungry and they want us to drive 4 miles to get the sauces for food that is now cold and then drive back find parking again get the kids in and out of the car seat and strollers. Screw McDonald’s and their employees!!!!

Nobody was nice at all. Ordered a mcCrispy that was expensive, got a cheap mcchicken with none of my toppings. Ordered a sweet tea, got a non sweet tea. Asked for a side of ranch for my fries, and the guy was not happy about it. Tried to call and they don’t answer the phone as I didn’t have time to return to get my correct meal, this is why I got fast food. Waste of money.

Bathrooms and facility super clean. Nice staff but they seemed to be messing up everyone’s order. Are in and the forgot my hasbrowns had to stand in line to get them and they had to drop more so I had to wait.

CAN’T EVEN CLOSE WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE, THEY KEEP CLOSING LOBY BEFORE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. THIS MAKE DELIVERY VERY VERY DIFFICULT. Everything about this corporation sucks. They just keep remodeling locations even of they were just remodeled, so the can up prices and reduce quality of food. I mean it’s all salt can’t tast anything els but salt.

Maybe there needs to be less singing from the staff in the back and more attention to details, being asked if I want my change back because “people dont want pennies” was a little strange also.
