We decided to order a quarter pounder combo March 8th around 8:35PM. The lady who was at the window taking the cards was okay. She ended up having to use my car 3 times (tap) because the system kept on restarting and stopped working. You could tell she was super stressed out. About 28 minutes later a male took it again twice and apologized for the wait. The lady gave me the food and also apologized and told me to hold onto it since I’m “waiting in my truck” as I’m waiting I gave it another 4 more minutes and if it wasn’t done I was leaving. She took my card again & guess what, it still didn’t work. There were even 3 cars behind me. Anyways, I left and gave back the food and she just yelled “she gave the food back”. Honestly I would recommend another CASH REGISTER open. There is no reason why they couldn’t have tried it on another one instead of having me wait 30+ minutes in drive thru. I am not a person to complain or write negative reviews but honestly after this I dont think I intend on going back. This would be my worst case scenario McDonalds with having kids!

As you can see from my picture they were no longer busy and I ordered a large cone and it wasn’t even sitting properly it wasn’t even a full cone also as you can see from the pictures the restaurant is the most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been into my entire life The lobby was completely empty and it looked like the tables none of the floors have been done they had a couple buckets of water sitting right behind their cashiers with dirty rags that you could smell and flies flying around it took them almost 30 minutes to even give me my order for a small comb because I had to pay for cash and they were not that busy also the back of the area looked really dangerous because there was grease everywhere even the fryer looked disgusting for the French fries I would not eat here. I wish half stars was an option cuz I would have gave it that or barely any start at all worst McDonald’s again the most dirty McDonald’s I have ever seen.

Lunchtime was quite busy today. I was very impressed with Destiny’s attitude and how well the other employees were working together and getting the orders out. Idk if Destiny is the manager but she was directing in a fun, positive manner.

I’m always glad to be treated like a customer instead of a delivery driver when I place a pick up order online. I will sometimes grab a burger while walking home. I hate it when a McDonalds thinks I’m a delivery driver because they will intentionally ignore me. This place does not have this problem. It’s especially important since there’s rarely any employees at the front anymore. They sort of need to come out to check on you to even get your food. It’s a problem when the staff advert their eyes from you. Again, not a problem here ever. I have so many problems accomplishing the most basic things at some businesses these days, so I’m glad this McDonalds isn’t depressing and awful.

My fries were cold yuck, staff was snapping at people who online ordered to use the kiosk when I got my sandwich double yuck almost vomited thank you so much for making sure I didn’t get lunch today between the cold fries and the messed up sandwich I’d rather starve and no napkins which now I guess doesn’t matter since I won’t be eating anymore of the cold fries or burger drowned in Ketchup when I was very specific about not wanting ketchup – it’s at the top of the receipt

Would’ve given this McDonald’s a 45 stars except for the band that when we pulled in and started discussing whatever we wanted so we could use the mobile app and employee came out and asked if we were going to be dining with them, he returned again, five minutes later, while my son was in the store, picking up the food to harass us again, he then proceeded to continuously look out the door to see if we were still sitting in the parking lot while we were eating our food: we were in the car because it was very busy and there were too many people inside and going to drive-thru. He parked out of the way and weren’t hurting anyone, but I feel really harassed and uncomfortable about the experience.

I’ve avoided going to this mcdonalds for a few months now because there seems to always be a problem with my food, and nothing has changed. Went today and my nuggets tasted like they were old and had been sitting out all night, and my fries were definitely cooked in some very old fry oil. I was starving and I couldn’t even finish my food.

There’s actually a lot right about this location. They nicely separate their drive-thru and lobby hours here on Google. The staff are friendly and would rather cheat the store than you. The building looks new and pretty. Though the tables needed to be wiped down, there was nothing visually disturbing as far as mess.
However, the location in Spokane is clearly not the best, with lots of homeless people around, which causes subsequent problems for the customer beyond that issue itself. There is nothing you can get for yourself in the lobby except maybe napkins despite an area to do so. Worst of all, just minutes after we ordered an eat-in order, we were told we had to leave because the lobby was closing. I can understand this for practical reasons because of the location, but from a customer’s point of view this is unreasonable, as a restaurant is specifically a place to get food AND eat it. At the very least, we should have been informed before we ordered, which we were not. This problem was exacerbated by the fact that they had run out of all pies and had to give me a refund for the last 5 minutes that they were opened. When I complained to the worker about why they had not bothered to bake any, he noted that the lobby was about to close, but having worked at a McDonald’s for 5 years, I can’t help but wonder about the fact that their drive through was still opened – don’t they sell pies to the drive-thru?
Perhaps another part of the problem is that this is a smaller, more out-of-the-way location, so maybe more lightly staffed than what I was used to as a worker. The staff that was there was indeed hustling to keep up, and yet seemed to just barely be able to meet the essential needs.
I can’t say I would give up on this location, but next time we might drive 5 minutes in the wrong direction to see if they are better able to meet our needs there.
To the workers: You look to be doing your best. If you are, don’t take it personal, but there are obstacles at your location that are indeed a problem for us your customers.

This location won’t let women take a small purse into the bathroom which is weird.
Owner wants more info. Ok. If you ask the staff for a bathroom code, they won’t let you back unless you leave your purse at a table. They won’t watch it for you behind the counter. They say you can leave it at your table at your own risk. So I recommend going to restaurants that allow women to use bathrooms without higher security than TSA at the airport

Kitchen needs to be cleaned. Coffee is left all day needs Starbucks recommendations. Water was delicious though. I like big cups for low prices. Would go there again.
