Wrong order, but charged the total price for the order I made and didn’t receive. I drove away and we noticed after we were back on the road. I called and the girl argued with me. It was McD’s next to Walmart. Crappy service. My kid wouldn’t eat what we got.

All in all the restaurant was very clean, however I can’t say much about the customer service since the customer does literally all the work themselves. Taking the order, paying and picking up, only thing they do is make the food very little interaction is done with the actual crew members. Although I can say that one day I had ordered a mocha frappe and on my way away from the restaurant I dropped it over my bike of the curb and they remade it for me without question which was really nice of them.

Probably the worst service I’ve ever received at any fast food establishment I’ve been to. For some reason the employees that I dealt with were rude and didn’t want to be there apparently. My food was terrible including my hamburger buns that were burnt.

My past two orders have been made wrong. Yesterday I ordered through the app for curbside pickup. Cheeseburger was missing in the order. Today my daily double was made using only one meat patty instead of two. Waited at numbered stall almost 10 minutes for order.

I was driving through the valley on the way to Spokane, just wanted a quick bite to eat and didn’t feel like going through the drive through. Staff was a bit cold and annoyed though they were polite enough, but kind of short with me. I had just walked in and did not even get a greeting just a “What do you want?” from the lady at the counter. She took the order, gave her the money which she acted annoyed to have to count change. Not my fault the prices have change and not whole dollar values. When my order was up, threw in my fries, the burgers and handed me everything and then just left to go into the back. Everyone has a bad day, perhaps she was having some personal issues, don’t know. Would I come back if I had the chance? Maybe, honestly I would just probably go to the other McD’s or the competition. This place has changed and not for the better. It used to be a great hangout back in the hay day of Moses Lake in the 80’s & 90’s. They had great service, staff was always friendly and the twist cones (yes back in the day the ice cream machines always worked.) were crazy good.
