I was overcharged at the local McDonald’s store—charged for three fish sandwiches when I only ordered one. My order was canceled, and I never received it because they deducted the remaining balance, which I keep low for security reasons, causing the loss of my lunch and creating issues. It’s been four days, and I still haven’t received my refund. When I contacted McDonald’s management, they provided unhelpful responses and lied. They refused to provide documentation of the calculation at the time. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no results. I also called corporate with reference number 35410226.

I went during a non busy time…I was the only one in the drive through, I made a simple order, quarter pounder no cheese. I paid, then had to wait at the third window, no biggie, but when I drove away and looked at my food, it had cheese, my fries where cold and it just wasn’t a good experience. I waited and was the only person in drive through. Need to do better.

A newly remodeled McDonald’s you could eat off the bathroom floor it’s that clean. I go in early in the morning about 6: 30am it’s been about an hour drinking a coffee and eating breakfast and using the Wi-Fi to play some games before I go to work. The managers and the employees are all a pleasure to deal with that early in the morning. So I’m here on a Saturday I’m not working today but I chose to come 16 miles on a bus to this McDonald’s just because of the vibe that it gives me. I woke up kind of cranky and it was raining so McDonald’s always this McDonald’s gives me the vibe that I need to get through my day whether I’m working or not. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful and is very clean on the outside like it is on the inside kudos to all the McDonald’s employees here it definitely takes a team to complete the tasks required to be a property of this caliber. And I don’t know anyone who works there and I do not work for McDonald’s or know anyone connected to McDonald’s. I am just a grateful customer. I have to mention the dining room girl Ashley does an absolutely amazing job keeping up with wiping tables delivering food I’m keeping her iconic smile. Ashley whoever you are McDonald’s is blessed to have you and I hope one day all your dreams come true just because you put a smile on my heart. Thank you McDonald’s for hiring such wonderful people.

I feel bad giving y’all a bad review because this is my closest McDonald’s so I’ll always come back out of convenience, but not once have y’all ever gotten my order right lol. My sauces are missing, I don’t have fries, my nuggets are gone, the burger doesn’t tailor to any requests, my drinks get mixed up, or like the burger is just thrown together and I have to fix it when I’m home, literally every single time I’ve been here I’ve had to correct something. Doesn’t matter what time of day, what shift, breakfast or lunch, I just sit in the drive thru and prepare to get something wrong. And I’m here like twice a week!

The people are awesome though!!! Everyone’s really sweet and understanding, I’ve never felt like a dick for wanting my order right (unlike a lot of places lol), and they’re pretty chatty and very polite! So maybe it’s just a miscommunication or something, but it’s kinda getting on my nerves LOL

Don’t want to be a Karen or whatever you want to call it I’m usually never the type to ever criticize customer service what so ever so I order a vanilla shake for delivery late at night due to my work schedule and was told no shakes past two super understandable my alcohol also gets cut off at two my dasher had asked if it could be replaced without me even asking if it can be replaced (totally fine by me because my money is being spent so might aswell be replaced instead of refunded) and for some odd reason they tell him no so he asks about a refund and how it’s possible and he was shrugged off now I totally understand it’s late nights I work them also I get the stress of it and how annoying it can be but for them to just not tell him the process on how things work I think one of two things that person hates the job orrrrr the manager isn’t doing things right now I shouldn’t be stressing over a 6 dollar shake it’s just why be rude to someone asking such simple questions that are basic to the job now I don’t know the workers name sadly but I’m sure the dasher is reporting also I hope they can also update the door dash even the online app saying no shakes past two only place in town that has that rule I don’t want to be rude just heard so this doesn’t happen in the future sadly this has pushed me to the hwy 99 loco shouts out them for the past 2 shakes

Sorry about the bad review, but you got my order wrong and never said sorry. The employee’s concern was getting back the original food before remaking of the order. My milk was soured and there was no meat on my burger. I had to come back to the restaurant and asked for fresh fries, they asked for the original fries back.
Never tried to make it up to me for their mistake.
I’ll go to Hazel Dell.

Close to no wait in drive thru. All the food was fresh and hot. Our order was accurate. The employee helping us was real cool and professional especially after i forgot to order an item i needed.We were visiting from out of town and stopped here before hitting the freeway and he didnt make me go through the drive thru again for the item. I was pleasantly surprised.

A terrible experience. The worker in the drive through was flippant and rude. He told me I had to come in to get my food. His words were, “It’ll just be easier if you come inside.” There is a reason people use the drive through. I was in a hurry and he refused to go get the food that I had paid for through the app. In the end, I left the food and made a complaint directly to McDonalds, on their website. It went nowhere. They have never responded to me. This location stole from me because I didn’t have the time to park my car and go inside. I tried to get a refund, but McDonalds won’t do it without the paper receipt. I will never go to this location again and there is a good chance I will never go to a McDonalds in this city again. Terrible service. Terrible experience.

Update: The manager of this location sent me a message asking me to go to the McDonald’s website and gave me a link to follow. It was the exact same form I had previously filled out. It said that the information was sent to the manager of that location. ZERO response. It has been months. If they don’t care enough to return was what obviously stolen, what are they doing that isn’t obvious? If management doesn’t care enough to do the right thing, what are they overlooking every day in the restaurant? Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
