Seems they dont have many employees. I wait 3 or 4 mins at the drive-through through speaker just to place my order. Once order is placed the rest is pretty quick. I ll never suggest anyone eat at these places. Dont be lazy. Go to the store and feed your kids NUTRITION! NOT CHEMICALS

Walked in to order at the register today. Clerk was taking order for 5 minutes or more from couple ahead of me, it went on and on in Spanish which is fine, but it never ended so I remembered I had money on my Starbucks gift card I want to use up so I left without waiting to order.

Stands on the “Solid” side of the familiar fast food menagerie. Although positioned in a very busy through-way and fully busy throughout the day (well into the night) the staff is swift and delightfully cheery.

Operating like a frantic ship of scurrying sailors, they interactions between coworkers was urgent, yet friendly, and oozing morale.

Seeing a mishmash group operating as a big McFamily cordially serving me my 1/4 pounder was not necessary for me to enjoy my dinner, but it was a delightfully welcome feature in my experience.

This has got to be one of the worst locations I’ve been to because of their stupid lobby design. There is no one manning the register up front and they are forcing people to use the stupid kiosks to order at. People get ignored and they only focus on their drive thru. When you try to go up and order at the register up front, you will be waiting for long periods of time because no one even comes out from the back to greet you or the manager on duty will eventually come on out and tell them to go use the kiosk. It’s very impersonal due to this poor lobby design and due to their management forcing people to use their kiosks. The lobby is pretty plain and there are very limited condiments out for access and it takes a bit to get someone’s attention in the back in order to get any help.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this McDonald’s. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time specifically because long waits have been a constant issue at this location, and I hoped ordering early would prevent the usual delays. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I arrived, there were no other cars in the drive-thru, yet I still had to wait about seven minutes for my food, which makes no sense for an order placed well in advance. What made the experience even worse was the interaction with the employee, who made weird and unnecessary comments about my name. It wasn’t playful or friendly; it was awkward, unprofessional, and made me uncomfortable. Between the ongoing wait times and the rude customer service, this visit was incredibly frustrating, and I genuinely hope management addresses these issues.

Came in today to recieve my free meal due to them charging me xtra they gave me a free meal card. So today at 10:31 am I came to recieve my meal and the young lady who helped me was super sweet but the manager she went to get so I may redeem my meal was MEAN! She seen it was me and instantly seemed like i was a disturbance or something and I spoke and said hello she said nothing, did whatever to her register and then rolled her eyes and left. I did nothing to deserve her rudeness

I wish I could put -5 stars, every time I come here, and I mean every single time… I am missing things in my order. Make sure you sit at the window and check every single thing you ordered. Sometimes you even have to unwrap the sandwiches and make sure it’s the correct one. No wonder you people end up working at McDonald’s.
