This is the better of the McDonald’s in the area. Occasionally the staff pulls the “fluffed” fries thing and you don’t get a full order, usually the night crew, but that’s really my only issue at this location. Otherwise, it’s always a great experience with the staff. They’re typically fast, friendly and accurate.

I understand it’s a $3 burger but how in the world can you call this a double? It’s smaller than a single anywhere else! I stopped ordering the chicken sandwiches here because they cut the tomatoes bigger than these two patties combined. Aside from that it’s generally not a good location. They mess up orders pretty frequently and usually there’s homeless or other random people camped out at the tables. I took my sad little burger and ate out in my car instead just to get away from the stink.

Best McDonald’s in the area. Food is great! They put chocolate syrup in my mocha frappe! Can’t tell you how many other McDs screw that up. Service is exceptional. Staff always nice and helpful.

I’m not sure what this McDonald’s does differently but they need to share their secret with others. New to the area for work. I get off work late at night so it’s convenient before my commute. Food is always hot!! Cheese is melted on the burgers, fries (I usually don’t get them because often cold)but here they have been hot and fresh each time. Soda is ice cold and well mixed (it does make a difference) Every item I have ordered,each visit for the past 2 months, it has been impressively fresh, hot, and staff are friendly and seem like they really care and like working there. Colleagues have said the same about this location and go often for that reason too. Strong work!! Quality shows

Absolutely no regard for Door Dash orders. Snotty managers who hang up on you. They want you to come to the restaurant to fix the problem. WHY WOULD I DOOR DASH if I wanted to come to the store. BAD BAD TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RUDE AND THEY DO NOT CARE if your order is incorrect.

Really disappointed with this McDonald’s I filed complaint on this McDonald’s because some of the managers not all and employee could care less about costumer service I have worked at McDonald’s long ago in woodland and we were about hot food and costumer service and making costumer happy it’s not about that anymore it’s about rushing orders getting orders wrong and telling the costumer’s with action they don’t care after I reported this store the other manager from the other store in Longview checked on me and then told the manager Juan at this one he called once and said he call back so I been waiting it’s just sad we have to order our fried no salt to get hot and they don’t fill the fries and they get totally upset with u when u special order the generations have changed I don’t even bother going unless my husband wants otherwise I choose subway or etc McDonald used to have a great service not no more it’s about money and get the costumer out of here

I have been eating at McDonald’s for many years, first with the fresh fries cooked in beef fat and the excellent meat they had I liked it. But then they started to change, and the food wasn’t as good as it first was but is was cheap. So I kept going. But now with the price increase to almost double then what it was a year ago. Your food is not worth the price of Mcdonald’s anymore for me. Plus your apps never work
