They say they participate in the monopoly game but you’re actually just going to waste your money if you try to get any from here. Ordered two 10 pieces and a large drink and none of them had any pieces. Its dumb, but when you’re ordering it to participate specifically in the game and they dont have it, it feels like youre being cheated out of your money a little

I wish david would work harder. That customer service in preparation for the food. Making sure you have napkins and fork if you need it. All we seem to be an opera just to get it out and gone.

We ordered our food online and when we got to this place, we then waited 30 minutes after they told us our food was done. The eggs were undercooked, semi-raw yolk, got told that our food was almost ready then stood there for another 10-15 minutes. Shouldn’t take that long to get a customers food out when there is a totally of 3-5 people in this building

Staff was friendly but took over a half hour to get food. Finally had to get it to go and they few items were missed. It did not look busy enough to wait for a half hour for food. It’s McDonald’s, it’s not like they’re butchering the beef, plucking the chickens and baking the buns.

The atmosphere is what you would expect at McDonalds. The service at this location specifically, is fantastic. I came in the middle of a weekday evening. The place was packed with kids fresh from a high-school game. As expected the wait time was long. An employee approached with my meal and profusely apologized as he handed over my meal. He asked if there was anything else he could do to make up for the wait. I told him no and said it’s perfectly fine. I had seen how busy it was, and I understood why there was a delay. I got home, opened the bag. They had given me a free pumpkin mcpie for my wait. The fact that they had already compensated me for my time and still asked if there was anything else they could do for me, gets 5 stars for service. I appreciate the staff working that night. Big props to the young man sweating his brow off for impeccable service. You’re what makes the service industry great. Wish I knew his name to thank him personally.

The November 2nd early Sunday morning crew slays! Excellent service, brought our tray to our table, the camaraderie as they prepared food and took orders and had fun was a pleasure to witness. They even wished us a good day as we left. Thank you for a great start to our day.

Mobile spots are so narrow it was scary. Large parking lot and all the spots are narrow? Strange.

Remember its right off highway and service is slow which is understandable but i expected food hot and fresh.my nuggets and fries were warmish cold even i requested cook fresh please and i am willing to wait but nope.

There’s always a problem when I come to this specific McDonald’s. Last time the drive thru was completely neglected so badly people were backing up & squeezing out of line . I personally sat until 20 mins went by & left tonight the drive thru reaches the through the parking lot almost to the road & it’s 9pm & they have the dinning room closed . They saw me at the door & laughed ( don’t know if they were laughing at me specifically) but all the while 2 customers sat in the dinning room on theyer phone waiting for their food . It seems that it a bunch of kids doing whatever they want at the expense of whoever owns the restaurant. And I’m not the only one who feels this way & tries to avoid this specific restaurant . It’s incredibly unprofessional & makes me wonder what goes on behind the counter if these employees are so comfortable having no regard for basic customer service. To top it off I just watched as they let theyer friends in . I won’t be coming back
