I guess it must be really hard to make sandwiches at McDonalds. This is the most messed up sandwich I’ve ever had from fast food. The way I had more lettuce than bread and they didn’t even have the sandwich pieces put together was crazy. I had to rearrange it for two minutes just to eat it. And no salt on the cold fries is just rude. I threw all these away. It’s sad when the only thing you don’t mess up is the soda. And being out of grinch meals already?? How did you not plan for this?

Manager is great. They train their people and the drive thru workers are amazing! Our special needs, regular once or.twice a week visits.. that their shake machine is never down, they get custom orders right and they are friendly. We always have a great experience and we have been going here for the past 3 years. Before that we went to Puyallup and Tacoma McDonald’s and they were awful. Shelton was such an amazing and great change. Kudos to the management. Also thanks because not every place gets our special orders right.

First McDs that has 2 pick up window! They also use it! Great service, even recommend savings. Good customer service overall. Burgers and fries were cooked to perfection. Didn’t miss any sauce either. Napkins were enough.

Drive in was busy but the line moved fast and the staff super friendly and had a great smile. My food was fresh and definitely up to any McDonnald standards

Walking in this place had my eyes feeling like it was enjoying what it looked like on the inside. It’s definitely something new for me and well it’s for sure a pleasant experience.

I get it, I need to lower my expectations but when McDonald’s workers want paid what $20/hour… get it right, do your job well! Have some pride in your job if you want better wages.
Made an order for myself and 2 guys at work for a quick lunch….Ordered 4 McDouble cheese burgers off the value menu and a 6 piece nugget (received in a 4 nugget box)….plus got an extra 4 nuggets in a 6 nugget box. Cool, thanx for the extra nuggets but forgot the honey mustard sauce they charge for. Also ordered a mcchicken meal with added tomato and lemonade to drink….hands me a cup for a fountian drink not a lemonade, wrong. You make the lemonade ma’am, remember? Went as far as to put the custom sticker for the added tomato on the mcchicken but no actual tomato added.
Update, im not adding more details to my review, not going to your link and adding more of my personal info….. other than the elderly lady taking orders can’t get things right (several thing) thats all im adding. Gal with the purple/maroon hair fixed the lemonade size from baby size to medium with a smile.
Not sure if the elderly lady can’t hear but that’s a lot of mess ups and when I leave to go back to work im not coming back to the fast food chain to get things corrected….dont have time.

Worst qt pounder and fries! Waisted my money! Burger King net time! And night manager could care less when I politely complained. I don’t believe in making a scene so was respectful but did not help.

It’s hard to believe how expensive McDonald’s has become. We ordered six plain small cheeseburgers and three medium fries, and the total was over $30. The prices seem to go up every time I visit.

I really appreciate McDonalds adding back the buy one get one for $1, as well as the value meals. It has been much more affordable to take my kids out to eat every once in awhile. The food matches the prices once again. The double cheeseburger value with a 4 piece nugget is $6 and usually the goto pick. I hadn’t ate at McDonalds for a few years prior because the prices were too high; why spend $15 per person at McDonalds when you can go sit down somewhere for that price. So, I am really enjoying the ability to go grab a burger for lunch knowing it won’t break the bank.
The service is usually pretty good, but even when mistakes do happen, its more bareable because it’s usually a few dollars I’m out of pocket versus $10.
