Stopped here to use the bathroom but was surprised with the calm environment. Definitely one of the nicer McDonald’s I’ve been to. Bought lots of food for the whole family. Great food.

Terribly run location. Staff are gross. Male employee (Jacob) reaching in & eating french fries from bin with bare hands, then picked up meat patties without tongs. Female worker did tell him to behave, but to be honest it seemed more like she didn’t care & only said something because I complained. Just gross.

Went drive thru route and sat waiting 15minutes while ignored in lane 2. Ba ked up went lane 1. Then they helped every car both lanes and not me. Had to call on the phone to have e them help me. After getting angry with the manager over the inconvenience they let me know by having me pull forward to wait for my food while 20 cars came behind me got their food quickly and left. Nothing crazy about my order that would take that long other then them just trying to show me who’s boss. Once food came it was short ordered and cold. I then had to get out of my truck go inside to collect the rest of my order. When I requested hot fries instead of my cold fries they asked for the receipt for the food in question that was literally just brought to me. This was a terrible experience and the most unprofessional way the manager could have handled the situation.

I placed an order using the mobile app. to pick up at the counter. When I arrived nothing there. The MANAGER could not find it in her system. So I had to go out in the pouring rain to get my phone. I showed her my phone with my order and that it was paid for but she would not give me my order.

This is the first ever McDonalds to actually give extra pickles typically whe asking for extra they give you 2-3 this McDonalds gave 5-6!!

I ordered off of Doordash while the breakfast menu was still up, they didnt make the food till the dasher got there, but by then the breakfast menu stuff wasnt available. So they just didnt make my food. Doordash refused to refund me the 62 dollars because “the store already started prepping the meal” when they hadn’t made any of the order at all. So, 62 down the drain because of these two companies.
