The best McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. The food is perfect every time I’ve gone. I don’t know what’s happening here but it has to be magic. Why can’t you be closer to us in Lakewood. We visit it when we come back from visiting the parents.

After posted a great review a week ago I have been back multiple times and every time in the mornings and mid afternoons I have received wrong orders and orders not made correctly. Today I was told by a employee to just deal with it. This location has an opportunity to improve and teach the untrained employee’s how to to properly execute customer service. This location is not the best example of corporate McDonald’s best service and should be reviewed by corporate to hold this location to its standards!

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years with my family, but the service has gone downhill badly. Yesterday I ordered five combo meals using the standard numbered menu. When we got our food, we were missing two large fries and two large Cokes and were given a single medium fry instead.
When I tried to get it corrected, the staff seemed totally confused about the combo pricing, and the assistant manager was dismissive. The manager was polite but also didn’t seem to understand the situation until I explained it several times. In the end, I was charged full price for items that should have been included in the original combos.
We come here often, especially with teenagers, but the continued decline in service and this experience in particular really changed how we feel about this location. I’ve reached out to the owner and haven’t heard back. Really disappointing for a place we’ve supported for so long.

Well, this time I mobile ordered breakfast and ate inside. I was quite impressed. The food was as good as any basic diner. Very clean facilities and nice ambiance. Pancake breakfast was good, flavorful and plentiful. An overall darn good meal!

This place gets a lot of traffic, because it’s located right off the freeway…. so I’m giving them a break. Staff is generally ok, not rude, but not inviting. It feels like they’re in a hurry and they’re fulfilling an order. Not realizing a customer is on the other end of that order.
At the time I came in – 4pm, it was not busy. Treated the same way. So it has nothing really to do with how busy they are.
The bathrooms are generally yuck. This is an old building. Today it smelled like poo. There was sticky stuff on the floor of the stall I used… no toilet paper in the dispenser, only a roll on the sticky floor. So yeah, gross.
The Diet Coke was fine, food was fine. Plenty of parking.

Ok, so as a trucker, I am very thankful for this McDonald’s! Normally it’s not easy to find parking close to big cities but this McDonald’s was great for parking overnight. In addition to that the food was as expected and the service was fast! In addition the best part about it was that there was tons of blackberry bushes around the edges of the parking lot. As someone who doesn’t get blackberries just growing everywhere it was awesome!

Angry customers in lobby. My wait was too long, but gave me time to observe. Kitchen seemed to run very smoothly, the young lady manager knew what she was doing and treated her co-workers with respect. Food was good, but manager needs customer service training. When I asked about my order she never once spoke to me or acknowledged me. If she had taken just a moment to do that instead of asking co-worker to check my receipt. I am not yelling, just think she has good potential but needs customer service refresher.

Went through drive thru and ordered 10 drinks by myself and asked nicely while I ordered and at the window. I was then told they are “out of bags” even though they proceeded to walkout other people’s food in bags and then brought me my food in bags. Just say no instead of lying to your customers.

Went there about seven yesterday and the person taking orders in lane 2 had an attitude and made me wait 8 min to still not take my order when I just wanted 3 large fries. Then I got told to park and wait for 20 min and had to go in and ask for my fries and they pretended to not know it was ever ordered, and still took 5 min to get me my fries which were half full at the most. Don’t go here, the little kids here don’t know how to work.
