ordered food through the drive through , had me park and wait for about 10-15min.
come to find out, our order was partially not there.
no bacon in our bacon mcgriddles. no sausage in our big breakfast with hotcakes.

Order came to $13, two drinks and a small sandwich by itself. I had $12 in ones and a $5 which comes to $17. I counted three separate times, I only got $1.40 back and the receipt said I paid $14, not $17. Mind you, I counted THREE SEPARATE TIMES.

Safe to say I won’t be coming here again. Fast food places are becoming increasingly unaffordable while also decreasing the size and quality of what they give you for your money.

I’ve gone to sit down restaurants, got larger amounts of much higher quality food for less than I’ve spent for fast food the last few time’s. Oh, and they don’t get my change wrong — crazy, I know.

The fast food dynasties are dying and I’m kinda looking forward to when the make like the Roman Empire and fall.

They don’t follow fryer procedures so expect your food to be covered in someone else’s food, burnt food particulates and oil residue.

This has been a reoccurring issue at this location.

They mess up orders allot. Which wpuldnt be the end of the world if the customer service handled it correctly. When u call to let them know they could care less. The manger on shift will hang up the phone on you when u explain u cant drive back out there. No refunds offered. Seriously the worst service ive had. I was super sick and just wanted an easy dinner

This is the best Mcdonald’s location I’ve ever been to. The staff are so friendly and energetic, it’s shocking almost to see such happy people at a fast food chain. I always leave in a good mood thanks to them. Some of the staff have even gone above and beyond with making difficult coffee drinks to perfection and taking extra care with our order and food. Huge thank you to this staff ☺️

Anyone who’s worked fast food service knows that it’s a hectic, stressful kind of job, made tougher by difficult customers. So, first of all, let’s remember to be nice to the employees of this place. That being said, this restaurant is in a very high traffic area, near the only freeway access around, so it’s pretty much always going to be busy. Add to that the fact that McDonald’s probably has one of the highest employee churn rates in the industry and your expectations should be lowered a little more.

Now, with that in mind, I’ve found this location’s employees to be friendly and hard working, overall. In an era where you hardly even get a greeting anymore, when entering a fast food place, and most employees do their best to avoid eye contact, this place generally comes across as welcoming and somewhat akin to the McDonald’s I worked at when I was 16. Orders are usually accurate and mistakes are corrected in a timely fashion, without objection. Basically, it seems like management is running the place with a decent amount of positivity and efficiency. It’s also one of the few 24-hour places in the area and has a play place for the kids.

Overall, this is a good place to eat and if you’re friendly to the employees, you can expect the same in return.

This place is really busy, but who doesn’t like McDonald’s right?
Service was 4 stars because it’s tough half the time I go there it takes a while for someone to take my order.
Anyways, that doesn’t stop me from going there. I just wish to be treated better when I go. And I get it, your busy. But customers should still be number 1 priority and it feels like it’s not. I love McDonald’s and yes I’m still going to go there because I love McDonald’s ❤️

This location, in my opinion, is going down the drain. Ate here yesterday but did not have time to voice that opinion until now. First off, and understand, I’m a very particular person when it comes to cleanliness, restaurant is not clean. Tables are wiped (sometimes) but the chairs are always dirty with who knows what spilled on them, hair and crumbs. Always have to clean my chair. Been coming here for years now because it’s the closest but never dared to use their restroom. Judging from how the restaurant is kept, I’m actually afraid to use it. 50% of the time, the French fries are lukewarm. Yesterday I watched my order (which contained French fries) sit on the assembly counter for 20 minutes while my overpriced ($5+) fish sandwich was being made. Common sense would dictate, don’t assemble hot items if you know there’s going to be a wait. My fish patty was burned and thrown together as if a two year old had the pleasure. I returned the sandwich so of course waited another 15 minutes for the next one. Wouldn’t you know it, that one was burned too. I’m thinking, the fryer oil needed changing. These employees definitely need some much needed additional training that focuses on food prep and and (very important) customer service. I understand that there are times that are overwhelming with onslaught of customers or just rude individuals but taking frustrations out on your customers is not the way to go. We are paying customers, not animals in a zoo although the animals probably get better food. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed with where this restaurant is heading. Like I mentioned before, been coming here for years and it’s getting pretty bad. Cleanliness and prices $$$$. Over the top. Time to look for a different fast food hamburger place.

This location was almost average before. It has gotten a lot worse. Recent visit, my order took 25 minutes to come. Fish sandwich was burned, Big Mac, fries, and coffee were cold because it was sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. I asked them to remake the order because I didn’t want to eat cold food. It still took another 15 minutes to complete. Bad service, bad attitude by employees, bad everything. I will drive to another location next time even though this location is the closest.
