I was just waiting at the front counter to place my order only to be lead to the kiosk by the employee. I prefer a little human interaction and this just showed me how lazy the employees are in my eyes. I work retail where human interaction is required. I went to the McDonald’s on Marvin road yesterday and there was someone present to take my order.

Have come here 3 times in last month. Ordered 1 large French fry well done. Apparently it is rocket science for these workers to make it well done. I don’t see a point in them making more then minimum wage if they can’t make what the customer orders. All 3 times have been undercooked. Don’t waste your time with this location.

Upon walking in, we were greeted, and guided to the self order kiosk.
We placed our order, order was correct. Nice and easy. Not much of a wait time, especially considering our fries were freshly cooked.
McDonald’s was clean, nice large play area for kids. Plenty of tables for small or large groups.

Five stars! This location is incredibly well-managed. The restaurant was spotless, the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and my food came out piping hot and fresh. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve had lately!

The food was decent. The staff are extremely disrespectful. I kept my mouth shut and just got my food and went on about my day because why put up an argument and cause a scene. I don’t know whose business this is but they need to retrain the entire staff. More customer service , more respect , more politeness. I can say they did well on making my food

Stopped in about 7:30 am for our guilty pleasure of a Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuits on a road trip up I-5 today. Both my wife and my sandwiches were tepid at best. It’s the only thing I ever order and always hot and fresh. First time at this location, not so much.

An order taker had told other customers “check your food because I don’t trust my kitchen.” Who says that? When we received our food it was sloppily thrown together, so I can see why they don’t trust their own kitchen.

Person taking my order at drive-thru sounded stoned. I had to repeat myself literally four times the entire order beginning to end and they would get it wrong every time and kept cutting me off causing me to have to repeat myself. Not coming back here I’ve had other unpleasant interactions with employees here and I’m done with this McDonald’s

The staff there tonight was very rude and terrible. They forgot half my order. I waited for. I came all the way back from my house. That’s 30 minutes away to get The food that they owe me to pretty much thrown into my car. I just can’t believe how rude they were. It’s very inconsiderate.

I like the folks who work at this one. Even when it’s crazy busy, they are smiling and helpful. I’ve never had a mistake with my order. The food is always served fresh and hot. Even when I get something custom, they make it right each time. The drive through gets way backed up, but they are quick and efficient. I appreciate how friendly the folks always are. Always piping hot fries too!
